ACCOMMODATION and FACILITIES: (Maximum 2 persons)

The apartment consists of a spacious open-plan bedroom with extra-length twin beds and 100% percale cotton linen.

The dining alcove opens onto the private view terrace.

The en-suite bathroom has a separate bath and shower and double hand basin. Top quality bath sheets and towels are provided.

The adjoining toilet is separate from the bathroom.

The fully-equipped kitchenette and all crockery and cutlery, pots and pans and kitchen utensils are of a high quality.

There is a flat screen colour TV with all Satellite Channels: DvD and music system in the apartment.

The unit has airconditioning as well as heating.

W-fi Internet Access is available.

There is a lovely swimming pool for your use as well as a small garden.

The apartment has its own spacious private terrace with Weber BBQ.

The unobstructed sea view from the terrace is beautiful and Green Point is normally a wind-free area.

The unit is serviced daily except on Sunday and Public holidays .

Continental breakfast is offered on request at R60-00 per person extra per day and may be ordered the day beforehand.
