Although listed as a self-catering unit, room service arrangements can be made with the restaurants located on the ground floor ("Carlucci’s Coffee Shop & Deli" and "Jimmy’s Prawns").

Imagine breakfast in bed while taking in the stunning view, followed by a walk on the magnificent beach, which is literally across the road.

The Western Cape region

A Mediterranean climate that experiences very little rain, in the summer months, with long sunny evenings that set the party mood. Blaauwberg is the gateway to the West Coast and is well known in the area for the picturesque views of Table Mountain.

Bloubergstrand is known as the "Seafood Mecca of the Cape West Coast " with Big Bay being the main beach for swimming, surfing or sun tanning. You are spoilt for choice, when it comes to restaurants in this area, all of which are within minutes from the Apartment.

The lessor is liable for the current meter readings of telephone and electricity services and the lessee is liable for the costs thereafter - being rental, consumption and final meter readings.

Booking is confirmed subject to a total deposit.This deposit is made up as follows: A deposit of half of the full amount of the total period together with R 2,000 (Two Thousand Rand) inventory deposit. This refundable inventory deposit will be held in a trust account to secure against any damages, breakages or loss caused by the tenant.

After confirming that contents remain in good standing, costing of telephone calls & electricity and cleaning charges has been deduced and deducted, this deposit will be returned to the tenant within 7 working days after vacating the premises.

An amount of R300-00 (Three Hundred Rand) will be charged for final clean and launder.
