This apartment is ideally located for you to enjoy your holiday with the minimum fuss. It is in a quiet street, within an easy five minute walk to shops, banks, restaurants, the beach and Hout Bay's famous harbour. Have an early breakfast on our sun filled balcony or in one of the vibrant local cafes, take an easy drive through stunning scenery to Cape Town, and finish your day with a sunset cruise from Hout Bay harbour.
The property is spacious (over 200 square meters), light and sunny and very comfortably sleeps 6. Downstairs there is a lounge and bar area with a TV and DVD player. There are also 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with views from both bedrooms. The main bedroom has a full en-suite bathroom with toilet, bidet, double basins, bath and shower. Upstairs has a well equipped open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area leading onto a balcony. There is a futher bedroom with mountain views and another separate bathroom with a double bath.

Cape Town / Hout Bay area
Hout Bay is a thriving harbour village set between two mountains with a stunning backdrop of the rear of Table mountain.
You can watch the fishermen bring in the catch and buy fresh fish from the quayside.
On Sundays there is a large craft market.
There is a huge choice of restaurants and coffee shops with dining indoors and outdoors catering for all tastes. The historic Chapmans peak hotel, at the start of a must see scenic mountain pass is a great restaurant choice to end your day.
Vibrant nightlife can be found in Cape Town and Camps Bay, just 10 minutes drive away. Hout Bay has a white sandy beach that is about a mile long. Great for walking or swimming. A short drive takes you to the beaches of Llandudno, Camps Bay, Clifton and Sea Point in one direction and Noordhoek, Fishoek and Muizenberg in the other.

Further details indoors: Spacious 3 bedroom 3 bathroom apartment furnished to a high standard. Open plan kitchen and lounge/diner with balcony overlooking the bay and mountains. Downstairs is a further lounge and bar area.
Two bedrooms have kingsize beds and one has a double bed. All have luxury linen. All rooms have generous built in cupboards.
The kitchen has all the equipment to make your stay as enjoyable as possible including an ice maker (in the freezer) a smoothie maker, citrus juicer, toaster and iron. We also have 2 picnic chairs and a cooler bag for those picnic days.
There is a designated parking space for a car.
