Fantastic Villa Large enough for 3 families to share or for an extended family, large group of friends, Birding, whale watching, hiking or golf tours.

Situated on the Clovelly mountainside with spectacular views over the Clovelly golf course and Fish Hoek valley.

This wonderful large Villa consisting of 7 en-suite bedrooms and a separate self-contained one bedroomed cottage. Beautiful decks and patios all around the house, allowing each room a private area where one could sit and either enjoy the views of the fynbos (flora) covered mountainside or the magical vistas over the Fish Hoek valley. Solar heated pool and Jacuzzi in the garden, Villa serviced daily except Sundays and public holidays.

Clovelly has a tranquil, country atmosphere where one is safe and secure at all times allowing one to enjoy a relaxing holiday.

It is centrally situated for visits to Cape Town Waterfront, the Wine route, Cape Point Nature Reserve, the penguins at "Boulders" beach and the safe beach of Fish Hoek.

From July to December the calm water of False Bay plays host to the Southern Right Whale which are easily visible from the beach. Fish Hoek, a 5 minute drive away, has a large variety of shops, restaurants and pubs.

The Villa has a lovely large family lounge with indoor BBQ and large entertainment patio - this is open plan to the main dining room and kitchen. Separate TV lounge and Bar.

Studio: King bed (or can be split into twin beds), en-suite bathroom with corner bath and separate shower, fully equipped kitchenette, covered patio Bedroom is air-condtioned.

Sunflower Room: Queen bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and spa bath. Bedroom is air-condtioned.

Ethnic Room: Queen bed this room is air conditioned and has sliding doors opening into a sunroom which has a double sleep couch. Bathroom with shower.

African Attic Suite:

Bedroom 1: King size bed, en-suite bathroom with corner bath and shower, skylight

Bedroom 2: Twin beds (or can be made up into a king size bed), en-suite bathroom with shower, skylight

This unit is air conditioned/heated.

SEPARATE ONE BEDROOMED COTTAGE: consists of a bedroom with kingsize bed (can be split into twin beds), full en-suite bathroom with bath and separate shower. There is a separate private lounge/dining area with a kitchenette. The lounge has sliding doors out onto a large lovely wooden deck with outdoor furniture. This unit has an air conditioner/heater.

During this period we will have a very strict cancellation policy.
We do not rent the Villa out for parties and entertainment days.
Being set on the mountain, we do have a lot of stairs up to the top African Attic area. Guests must be okay with climbing stairs.
Pets on request.

Why can't I call Sylvia (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sylvia (the owner) a message.

If Sylvia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
