This modern and comfortable two bedroom flat is crammed between the mountain and sea in Sea Point, famous for it's micro climate, where the wind never blows and sun always shines. The art deco block is made up of 8 flats that overlook manicured communal gardens, secure and safe with an automatic garage.

The flat itself is a spacious and airy 95 square meters, the bathroom has a bath and shower, the lounge is fitted with a fireplace, there is a large balcony looking into the trees and onto the garden, and a fully fitted kitchen with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Sea Point main promenade is a five minute walk away, where you can stroll between green lawns and wild sea for several kilometres. Dolphins and whales are not uncommon sightings. A plethora of grocery stores, shops, restaurants, chemists can all be found on Sea Point Main Road a 2 minute walk away.

A 10 minute drive will get you to Cape Towns best beaches, or up to Lion's Head and Table Mountain. The Waterfront and city centre are a 5 minute drive away. You are always against Cape Town's notorious traffic coming in from Northern and Southern suburbs, Camps Bay and beyond.

"Convenient & comfortable"

WeI stayed here in Dec, and it was a great base for all the best of Cape Towns attractions. Table Mountain & the Waterfront. Close to Camps Bay beach. Took the kids kayaking at Greenpoint, saw seals & dolphins. Flat has lots of character with new bathroom & kitchen.
