This very bright and open 3 bedroom villa, comfortably sleeps 6 people in a double room and 2 twin rooms. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed with an en-suite bathroom, offering a large walk-in shower and a corner bath with Jacuzzi where you can relax and look at the stars through the feature glass ceiling.
The second bathroom also has a separate shower and a full size bath. 2 of the bedrooms look out over the patio area to the pool. whereas the 3rd looks out to the back garden area offering a quieter space, ideal to put the kids to bed while the adults can enjoy those summer evenings on the patio outside.
Located 20 minutes from Cape Town International airport and only 5 minutes from the beach, this fantastic villa is a perfect location for a family holiday. Set in a quiet urbanisation, close to plenty of shops, bars and restaurants yet only 20 minutes from the centre of Cape Town City. Close by are the designer shops of Canal Walk and Ratanga Junction Theme Park. Blouberg beach, a short drive away, is famous for kite surfing and windsurfing and offers some exceptional restaurants where you can enjoy fine steaks, fresh fish, or just sipping cocktails with incredible views to Table Mountain.

The Western Cape region

This town has some of the best waves for surfing and a huge beach with a postcard view of Table Mountain. On clear evenings you'll see the beach start to get busy as its the ideal place for sundowners.
Along the beach front there are numerous modern bars and restaurants for all ages with facilities for the kidz. You've got Jimmy's Killer Prawns and the Ocean Basket if you are sea food lovers, Primi Blue for the pasta fans, the Grill for the best steaks around, and all at unbelievably good value.

This bright and modern villa, located in the Western Cape province of South Africa is only 20 minutes from the beautiful city of Cape Town and only a short drive from Cape Town International Airport. Cape Town can be easily reached from most European countries; being such a popular destination you will find that large airlines such as British Airways, Virgin, Iberia, Lufthansa, South African Airways and many more offer 2 flights per day.
Car hire is recommended, the roads are very easy to get around and sign posted well, even if you are planning a relaxing beach holiday there is so much to see you wouldn’t want to miss out! Further details indoors: The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with scullery, featuring all the necessary mod-cons that a family would need, including dishwasher, washing machine, oven & hob, fridge freezer, etc... granite work surfaces and plenty of storage.
The floors are tilled throughout and has wooden laminate in the 3 bedrooms. Each room is comfortably furnished after being fully refurbished in Novermber 2008.
If you feel the need to work whilst on holiday, you are welcome to use the broad band internet connection. There is also satellite TV.
Outside you have a table and chairs with a built in BBQ on the patio area. In the garden you have sunloungers by the pool with the garden and pool being maintained on a regular basis. The double garage is also at your disposal.
Further details outdoors: The property is completely walled and private with no other houses looking over, the patio area has a built in BBQ facing the sunny garden and pool area.
