The recently refurbished house is set in a pleasant, leafy garden and is ideal for either long or short-term stays, offering peaceful and convenient accommodation. The property is tastefully furnished and decorated and the grounds offer an automated remote-controlled gate entrance with garage and driveway parking directly outside the house. The front door opens onto the lovely, mature front garden, while the kitchen and bedroom doors open out onto the sunny back garden and patio area.

The Western Cape region
The Western Cape draws millions of visitors each year and is so beautiful that it can’t help the obsession that people develop with it. Forming the tip of Africa, the Western Cape lies bordered by two oceans - the Atlantic Ocean to the west and the Indian Ocean to the south, further clarifying it's attraction. The presence of immense peaks form the backdrop to an area so lovely in parts that the cooling lakes and calming forests, the sun-drenched vineyards and the magnificent passes come together to create a landscape that often defies description.
Cape Town / Pinelands area
Pineview is conveniently situated in a quiet, established section of Pinelands, possibly the most centrally located suburb in Cape Town, with all conveniences close by. The suburb of Pinelands is often praised for its peacefulness and abundance of trees, despite it's accessibility to the rest of the area. Mowbray and Rondebosch are adjacent suburbs, with easy access to the beaches of False Bay and the City Centre. All of Cape Towns National roads, tourist attractions, and sporting venues are also on your doorstep.
How to get there
Pineview is situated centrally within the suburb, which lies to the east of the city centre. It is easily accessible from all major national roads and is a 10 minute drive from Cape Town International, the airport. There is a train station located in the suburb, however most people will find a car useful, so please let us know if we can advise you on car rentals. Many airlines do fly to Cape Town, either directly, or via Johannesburg.

The bedrooms all have quality beds and pillows and the sleeping area consists of one bedroom with an extra long king-size bed, one twin room and one en suite twin room. Both sets of twin beds can be converted into king-size beds upon request. Two of the bedrooms open out onto the back garden while the third bedroom has magnificent views of Table Mountain.
There are two bathrooms in the house. The en suite bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet and the family bathroom has a shower, separate bathroom, toilet and basin.
The living area consists of a comfortable lounge, with a sleeper couch for children, and a television (with DSTV), and a dining area with a dining table for 6 as well as a variety of board games, magazines and a selection of both fiction and non-fiction books.
The modern, fully-equipped kitchen is equipped with microwave, kettle, toaster, oven and hob, fridge, freezer, cutlery, crockery and all necessary cooking utensils.
The lounge and bedrooms have wall heaters for the winter and ceiling mounted fans for the summer.
The house has its own alarm system.
The house is serviced 3 times a week.
Complimentary tea, coffee, sugar and biscuits or rusks are provided. A Continental Self-Serve breakfast of fruit, fruit juice, variety of cereals, yoghurt, muffins, bread, butter, cheese, preserves and milk, which can be placed in your suite daily, is an optional extra.
Pets may be accepted by negotiation-please enquire.
No smoking inside the house is permitted.
Further details outdoors: The large, spacious back garden has a plunge pool, as well as an outside patio with a large table and 6 chairs. The area is perfect for relaxing in after a long day or for the children to run around in, enjoying the African sunshine! The front garden has beautiful views of the mountain and park, making for a very relaxing environment.

Rates are calculated based on the rental of the whole house, with 6 occupants, although please enquire if you would like to obtain a quote on a per room basis.
Breakfast is not included as standard although can be requested at R30 per person per day.
