The complex is situated in a quiet cul de sac on the beach of the Atlantic seaboard, with easy access to activities - a 5 minute walk brings you to a well stocked deli, grocery centre and laundry. There are also many restaurants in the vicinity.

Bantry Place no.303 is situated in a quiet area on the beach of the Atlantic seaboard, perfectly situated for easy access. The well known Victoria & Alfred Waterfront is about 10 minutes drive from here, towards Cape Town Central. A 5 or 10 minute drive in the opposite direction takes you to the world famous Clifton beaches and Camps Bay beachfront area - playground of the young and trendy.

You can also visit the Cape Winelands and enjoy wine tasting on the many beautiful wine farms in the Winelands area, further inland.

Cape Town is host to fascinating museums, art exhibitions, cultural plays and live music.

How to get there

The airport is a 30 minute drive away by car or by taxi. By prior arrangement with the the office, a rental car can be delivered to the airport.
