Today St James is celebrated for its balmy climate, warmer Cape waters, whale watching and accessibility along the railway line which extends along the scenic coastal route to Simon’s Town.
Villa St James accommodates up to 20 people in 8 bedrooms with five bathrooms. Each bedroom, unique in character, has sea or mountain views with variable features of private outdoor or indoor balconies and a rabbit warren of inter-leading doors.

The Western Cape region

How to get there
There are daily South African Airways and British Airways flights from London direct to Cape Town. Villa St James is situated 40 minutes from the Cape Town International Airport. We reccommend contacting us to arrange a car hire or an airport transfer from the airport. We can also arrnage for a car to be delivered to the Villa. Directions to the Villa will be provided prior to arrival.

Housekeeping service For a relaxing holiday, we highly recommend our daily housekeeping service which includes cleaning, dishes and laundry service.
Food delivery service Woolworths will pre-stock the Villa with food & beverages of your choice before your arrival. This is highly recommended if you are arriving late or if you have small children.
Chef service We are able to provide you with a private cook for the duration of your stay. Chefs are personally selected and placed according to your individual needs and specifications.
Catering service This service is based on a per meal basis. Sample menus are available on request.
Functions The Villa can accommodate for private functions in the elegant 22 seater dining rooms or on the sea facing lawns accommodating up to 100 guests for a seated function and 120 guests for a cocktail style function. Our in-house functions co-ordinator is happy to provide you with an itemised quote.
