A well furnished, recently redecorated, 1st floor 2 bedroom apartment with north east facing balcony, situated in a secure, quiet residential block of 16 apartments. The property is within easy walking distance of beaches, shops and restaurants and a short drive to a large swimming pool and the beaches and amenities of Clifton and Camps Bay.

With stunning views of the Lions Head this property is the perfect base at any time of year for exploring the fabulous city and surrounding areas including the V & A Waterfront, Robben Island, the winelands of Stellenbosch and Franschhoek, Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens and much, much more.

Both good size bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with plenty of storage space. The recently refitted kitchen provides all the usual facilities for cooking on daily basis or just preparing breakfast. The apartment has a balcony offering an ideal spot for enjoying the view of the Lions Head. There is a small outdoor table and chairs which is perfect for an evening on the balcony.
The apartment is linked to satellite TV but this has to be pre-arranged with the owners.
