Our housekeeper will see to it that you can relax and enjoy your holiday. The house is serviced 2x per week.
If it's business you need to take care of, CBD is a mere 1.5km away. The V & A waterfront offers top local/ethnic & international shopping.

There is a staircase and a swimming pool. It is not really suitable for toddlers.
Smoking is permitted in the entertainment area; but strictly not in the bedrooms.
Conditions
A well-behaved dog is allowed but sorry, no cats.
Strictly no smoking except on the balcony.
Refundable breakages deposit of 1000 pounds is required on arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
25% of rental fee due six weeks before your stay to secure booking.
Balance 4 weeks prior to arrival.

Cape Town is commonly referred to as the mothercity of South Africa,and the riviera of Africa. A fascinating mixing bowl of cultures. It has a history of almost 400 years of different cultures from throughout the world, which manifests itself in a diversity of architecture and exotic cullinary delights.
Table mountain, usually with it's white tablecloth draped over it, is one of the natural wonders of the world. The rotating cable car, is of latest international standards. There are numerous walking trails and the view from the top is exhilerating
Clifton beach, is famous for it's sheltered climate, awesome clear blue water and white sand beaches, frequented by jet setters and beautiful people. The villas around are like a Hollywood setting.
(The latest James Bond movie has just been filmed in Cape Town.)
Camps Bay is only 5 km away from our house. It is a stunning promenade of some 3km long , white sand beaches, palm trees and a variety of splendid restaurants offering a wide diversity of local and exotic / seafood dishes.
Sandy bay, (10km from there) is set within a nature reserve. A walking trail of 1.5 km through the indigenous flora, ( fynbos) is excuisite. Below the waves are breaking onto amazing , giant sized boulders. At the end of the trail, for those who dare, one reaches the nudist beach on a startling white, sandy beach.
Hout bay, just over the mountain from there, is a quaint fishing harbour and an experience to shop and take home your fresh crayfish/ lobsters and take home for a cosy BBQ.
Kalkbay, is nearby. A beautiful coastline, with old South African history. Numerous arts, boutiques, antique shops. Even a restaurant, Cape to Cuba, where the antiques/ colectibles are "live exhibits". If you like, you can make an offer and take items home, as souvenirs.
The famous winefarms of Constantia and Stellenbosh or Paarl are 30 - 45 minutes away from our house. They all have cosy cellars , where you can sample the wines and restaurants with outstanding menus.
The Cape Town area
Should you prefer not to be sampling the wines and having to drive back home, there is a "MagicBus", which does a tour of all the above places. Its is a typical London bus, with the upper deck open air. You purchase a day ticket and can hop on or off at your leisure and take your time.
Oh, before I forget, the botanical gardens , Kirstenbosch" are spectacular. The indigenous shrubs and flowers are quite unique. There are numerous open air concerts held in the park. The majestic grandure of Table Mountain in the background is breathtaking.
A visit to the colurful Cape Malay quarters will have your camaera doing overtime. A stop for a traditional Malay currie or bobotie is highly recommended.
Robben Island, Nelson Mandela's ex penitentiary, is in the center of our view from our house. A daytrip, by ferry, is an experience in the history of our country.
Cape Town has been host to a number of international events. The famous Greenpoint soccer stadium is within our panorama amere 1.5 km away. Concerts; fireworks displays, famous cycle races and marathonsare high on the agenda.

The house is serviced by our housekeeper 2 x per week. The weekly rate is for the whole house, the daily rate is for a bedroom en suite or more as required , with 2 persons sharing a room .
Payment by cheque,or electronic payments.
A refundable breakage deposit of1000 pounds is required with your final payment.
A deposit payment of 10 % with order is required for confirmation.
Balance of payment is required 60 days prior to arrival; plu breakage deposit,is required 7 days prior to arrival.
