1 Bedroom Apartment in Gulmarn building within the V&A Marina and overlooking the canal waterway. Furnished to give you a five star hotel level of comfort for a much more affordable rate.

Living room has a pull out couch which means the apartment is suitable for two adults and two small children or up to three adults.

Large living and dining area open onto covered balcony overlooking the canal. Bedroom also has patio doors opening up to balcony area. Balcony furnished will large outdoor lounge for relaxing and outdoor dining table. Separate kitchen is fully equipped so you can take full advantage of self-catering and laundry. Wi- Fi internet at a small charge, maid service 2 x per week, satellite TV reception with PVR, DVD player, and surround sound system. Complex has excellent 24-hour security, three different swimming pools (one heated) and a gym (small temporary fee).

Just a few minute walk away is the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront with many of Cape town's best restaurants, shops and amenities. V&A waterfront also has the Cape Town Aquarium, access to Robin Island and many other activities for adults and children.

Cape Town's most beautiful beaches including Camp's Bay and Clifton are a 15-minute car drive away.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Louise and Sriyanjit (the owner) a message.

If Louise and Sriyanjit (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
