About the home

Located on the hillside in upmarket Noordhoek, Brynbrook offers a fully equipped spacious open plan kitchen with lounge and dining area, two bedrooms, one with a queensize bed and the other with two single beds. Family bathroom with shower, loo and vanity.
Balcony with lovelly mountain and sea views from where you can enjoy splendid African sunsets.
Outside cooking on the balcony is provided for by a kettle braai (BBQ).

The Western Cape region

-Noordhoek is situated on the edge of Table Mountain National Park and Brynbrook is close to Chapmans Peak Drive and overlooks the 7km of pristine Noordhoek beach.
Silvermine Nature Reserve is close by and attracts walkers and is ideal for day picnics and swimming in the dam.
Noordhoek Farm Village has a selection of gift shops, restaurants and Noordhoek Information office provides details of things to do locally and further afield.
The climate is Mediterranean with warm dry summers and mild moist winters.

The Cape Town / Noordhoek area

Surrounds:
Noordhoek and surrounds has plenty to offer such as the Silvermine Reserve and nature walks, baboon and seasonal whale watching, three golf courses within a 15 minute range and horse riding along a beautiful coastline.
The Simons Town Penguin Colony is in close proximity.
Cape Town City Centre, the Waterfront and Cape Point are 30 minutes away and the Constantia Wine Route only a 10 minute drive.
Noordhoek Farm Village which has art and craft shops, a pub and restaurants is a 10 minute walk whilst Sun Valley and Long Beach Shopping Malls (restaurants, chain stores, cinemas etc) are a few minutes drive.
The airport is 35 km away, a 45 minute drive. A shuttle service can be arranged.
Kirstenbosch, the cable way and ferry to Robben Island are in easy driving distance.

Directions
To 15 Brook Crescent Noordhoek


From the airport take the N2 in the direction of Cape Town. From N2 (stay in left lane) just before hospital bend, take the left feeder onto the M3 (Southbound) direction Kirstenbosch/ Muizenberg. (Don’t miss this turn otherwise you will have to go into Cape Town and turn around.)

Proceed southbound (you will see signs to Muizenberg) to the end of the M3 (watch out for speed camera’s especially under the bridges). At the off ramp stay in the right lane where you will find yourself at a T-junction with a robot.
Turn right at these traffic lights into Steenberg Road, Direction Simonstown/Fish Hoek via Ou Kaapse Weg.

Go straight through the next set of robots, and at the second robots turn left onto Ou Kaapse Weg . Follow Ou Kaapse Weg over the mountain for 7.6km.

Turn right into Silvermine Road, Second right (900m) into Opal Way. First left into Turquoise Way and second right into Brook Crescent. Follow the road, which does a sharp left bend, continue to no 15 Brook Crescent on the left.
