The house is situated right next to the white sanded beach surrounded by the mountains and at the foot of the spectacular Chapman's Peak Drive.
There are a wide selection of superb golf courses within a 20/30 min drive
Above all else the Western Cape offers a genuine feeling of security, in contrast to the dubious reputations of Jo'burg and Durban.
