This luxury self catering property offers accommodation for up to 4 persons in a quiet and relaxed environment with an outdoor swimming pool and within 300 m of the beach and harbour. Situated in Hout Bay with views of Chapman's Peak and the surrounding mountains and only 5 minutes drive from Hout Bay village which offers a wide variety of restaurants and shops.
The accommodation has secure access with remote entry into the garage with space for three or four cars outside. The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, open plan lounge/dining room kitchen and bathroom.

Cape Town / Hout Bay area
Hout Bay is a perfect location to explore the delights of the Cape Peninsular. It is within easy reach of the beaches of Hout Bay, Llandudno, Camps Bay and Clifton. The breathtaking coastal road takes you into Cape Town city and its world famous waterfront. The spectacular Chapman's Peak drive leads you to Noordhoek beach, Cape Point and the Indian Ocean beaches of Fishoek, Simontown and Boulders. The Constantia wine region is only 20 minutes drive over Constantia Nek with Stellenbosch, Paarl and Franschoek wine regions further afield.
Hout Bay harbour and beach is only a few minutes walk away as are the shops and restaurants in the village. For the more energetic there are a number of spectacular mountain walks in the Hout Bay area as well as further afield in the Cape Peninsula.

Further details indoors: The open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area is spacious and includes satellite TV, fireplace and comfortable seating for 6. The dining area (with seating for 8) leads onto an outdoor pool and patio for entertaining with barbecue facilities. The modern kitchen is fully equipped including gas and electric cooking facilities, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. All cutlery, crockery and utensils are provided.
Stairs lead up to the loft area with two bedrooms and a bathroom (with bath, shower, toilet and wash basin) The master bedroom has a queen size bed and wardrobes. Double doors open onto a private balcony with stunning views of the bay and Chapman's Peak. The second bedroom has two single beds with views of the surrounding mountains.
There is a utility room with washing machine, clothes dryer and ironing facilities.
