wow fantastic location , great property. everything that we needed was there. lenn the owner made sure everything was organised. the beds were brilliant as ortho mattress slept so well. cant reccomend enough. good security in building . good restaurants so close . if your thinking of staying in this property you wont be dissapointed.definetly be going back. thanks lenn.

We are South African, we returned to Cape Town for a family wedding, so instead of staying in a hotel, we thought maybe we would try renting an apartment, where my adult son could also have his own room, wasn't quite sure what we really was going to get as we had never booked an apartment for rent before, the pictures looked stunning ( but then most ads only reveal the good bits !! normally ).
We just couldn't believed how fantastic the apartment was, 2x full bedrooms 2x full bathrooms, very clean and fresh linen , arriving near midnight we were very pleasantly surprised to see the CT agents Garth & Sharne (they were great) had thought of everything, fresh milk and fruit juice in the fridge , tea coffee and rusks for a drink , fresh apples and flowers , oh it was so nice and welcoming, even down to a lovely chocolate on the pillars.
The dinner service was immaculately clean ,fresh in white porcelain , the apartment had a dish washer, washing machine , so nothing was left to chance.
Sharnie popped around the next morning, nothing was too much for her, ever so pleasant, left us her personal phone number for the 'just in case' scenarios.
This apartment for sure made our visit to Cape Town a most pleasant stay. The wonderful waterfront is only mins away so one can walk quite easily in about 15 mins.
Lastly I must congratulate the security not just in attendance in the entrance to the block but security run by the rates payers association, they have done a marvellous job in keeping Mouillie point a very safe place to walk and visit.

Having visited Cape Town many times this property is by far the best value and best located by a long shot.
Located no more than 5mins drive away from the VandA so great for eating out and shopping etc.
The Apartment is well secure with security on the reception that are very helpful. The pool is a little sun trap very nice size to spend a hour or two by in the afternoon. Parking is very easy, we were there for two weeks and never struggled once.
The Apartment is a goodsize with a lovely balcony overlooking the mountain and the golf course.
The rooms are all good sizes and fresh in decor.
Modern kitchen and bathroom x2.
You only have to see the area the property is in to understand that this is great value. We have already recommended this property to my parents who are going out in Nov 2012.
