About the home

Neptune Isle is a mere 5 kilometers outside of Cape Town's city center and yet it feels far away from the world- right on the beach, at the gateway to the West Coast Coastal route, this area is more like a holiday town than a city suburb. Visitors can spend a day exploring the busy city life and then retreat back to Neptune Isle to truly experience why Cape Town has been dubbed 'Slaapstad” (sleepy town). Nothing beats falling asleep to the sound of the ocean- whether you're traveling for business or pleasure.


The apartment sits practically on the board walked dunes – a 3-minute walk to the beach. It is airy and spacious, beautifully decorated and takes advantage of its focal point- the spectacular view. Guests will feel thoroughly relaxed and comfortable in a space that contains all the latest amenities for entertaining at “home.” The open plan kitchen has bar stools for breakfast lolling and reading the paper, while the dining room table is positioned in front of the glass windows that frame the view.

Milnerton is a long stretch of white beach from where the most famous pictures of Table Mountain are usually taken from. This area is a lot less busy than the often chaotic beaches of the Atlantic Seaboard and visitors can enjoy long walks while watching incredible sunsets that illuminate the famous mountain in the distance.

Although quiet, the area offers a vast range of entertainment- Lagoon Beach Hotel, located right next door to Neptune Isle, has a lovely cocktail bar right on the beach, while Zorba's, a Greek Restaurant and Bar, is practically across the road. For golf enthusiasts, the Milnerton Golf Course is five kilometers away, while shoppers can indulge in some spending at Paddocks Shopping Center.

From the airport it's a quick 15 minutes drive. We can arrange a hire car for you or an airport transfer - we can even have the hire car delivered to your door when you are at the luxury apartment!

Direction wise from the airport - you'll be travelling south on the highway - no turn off's which makes it really easy!
