Simply the Best, is in a small, up-market secure block with 24 hour security, a heated indoor pool/gym and underground parking. You can enjoy the stunning view whilst sipping wine on the balcony or enjoying the Weber BBQ. Whales can be seen from the balcony when they are in the bay. There are three bedrooms, 1 en suite and 1 bathroom with separate toilet. The apartment is well equipped and has washer/dryer, TV, DVD, satellite TV, fans, heater, underfloor heating and kitchen equipment.

Only 1 minutes walk to a beautiful clean beach, with activities such as kayaking, jogging, walking, cycling, sunbathing and swimming available. Shops, restaurants and tourist attractions are nearby such as Chapman's Peak Drive, and Hout Bay Harbour with its many fishing boats and famous fresh fish.

The Western Cape region

The Western Cape is a beautiful part of South Africa, with it's famous landmark of table mountain soaring above you. There are glorious beaches, panoramic scenery, and activities such as whale watching, shark diving, bungy jumping, golf, walking, wildlife and township tours. The wine route takes you through Franschoek and Stellenbosch with many wine farms to visit. The Cape Point National Park is the southern most point of South Africa. Take a drive out to Simon's Town and swim with the penguins at Bolders beach or visit the V & A Waterfront which is a modern shopping mall as well as a working harbour and has vibrant street entertainers and many restaurants. Cape Town has many world class restaurants and so much to do and see.

Hout Bay offers modern shopping facilities and many excellent restaurants serving a variety of cuisines. There is a beautiful clean golden beach with panoramic views of the mountains. Chapman's Peak Drive starts in Houtbay and travels to Noordhoek along the most stunning scenery. There are many activities such as sea kayaking, angling, deep sea fishing, sailing (yacht club in Hout Bay), sea cruises, scuba diving, surfing, wind surfing, whale watching, hiking, mountain walks, mountain bike riding ( bikes can be rented), bird watching, horse riding, golf courses nearby. World of Birds which is the largest park in Africa is in Hout Bay, and Kirstenbosch Botanical gardens and The Constantia Wine Route are nearby.

From Constantia Nek, travel into Hout Bay Village, just before starting Chapman's Peak Drive, turn right, The Village Square is on the left.

There is a hairdryer and electronic safe available. All linen is included, including beach towels.

There is a lift in the apartment block
50% deposit is payable with the balance payable 6 weeks prior to arrival.
There is a breakages depost of £50.00, which is refunded upon satisfactory inspection of the property.
