The Phuket Island region
Cape Panwa is a totally unspoilt area of natural beauty in Phuket. It doesn't have the Go-Go bars and noise of the West coast resorts but these are easily accessible. Panwa has ocean vistas from the East to the West, passing through South - Phi Phi Islands (the movie "The Beach" with Leorardo di Caprio was shot in Maya Bay on Phi Phi Ley) are an hour away by boat and over 20 other tropical islands are also close by; a paradise for divers and snorkellers.

The restaurants here are fantastic, especially those that specialize in seafood.
The climate is always warm here (about 30 deg C) and October tends to be the wettest month with the rain falling heavily but briefly. Other months tend to be dry with occasional showers, usually at night.
There is an abundance of wildlife on Phuket and nature-lovers will enjoy the birds and reptiles.
How to get there
Fly either to Bangkok, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur or Hong Kong (as a last resort), then take a short hop to Phuket International Airport.
Guests may either book our luxury minibus (with TV/DVD) for their transfer to/from the airport or, take an airport taxi.
We can arrange car-hire with insurance at preferential rates for our guests, eg. Toyota Vios 4 –door for Thai Baht 1,200 per day (peak period).

Further details indoors: Completed in July 2007, this is a development with all the latest amenities. The A2 property is designed for relaxed living and has stylish furnishings, WiFi broadband access, 42 inch plasma TVs in the living room and master bedroom and, a full Western kitchen. There is also an office/chillout room with the latest Sony PlayStation PS3. The pool is a massive 40m long and is purified by salt-water (not sea-water) as opposed to chlorine; this is said to have beneficial effects for the skin.
A2 unit sleeps 6 people as standard. A further guest can be accommodated by adding a single camp-bed at an additional charge of $15 per night.
Immediate access to the quiet beach and the awesome views are the main features of this property. Living here is very peaceful and relaxed but with easy access to the highly popular tourist areas of Patong and Kata.
Further details outdoors: This unit has a dedicated parking space and we have 24-hour security gaurds on the main gate and beach. The private gardens are beautifully maintained and the pool is situated in a large area with sun loungers and sunbrellas fringing its perimeter.

All guests are provided with a welcome pack (milk, water, bread, shampoo, shower gel, etc.) upon arrival and have access to our comprehensive DVD (over 1,000 movies) library during their stay. We have a luxury 16-seater minibus (with TV/DVD) that can be booked for airport collections/drop-offs/excursions and we can arrange car-hire at very competitive rates.
We also have a large variety of tours and activities on offer for those who wish to get out and about.
Conditions
A 25% deposit is required to secure a booking, the remaining 75% to be paid 8 weeks before holiday starts (21 weeks prior for "Holiday Peak" period). If cancellation is received more than 7 weeks before holiday starts (21 weeks for "Holiday Peak"), 85% of monies received will be refunded. If cancellation is between 7 and 4 weeks, 50% will be refunded (except for "Holiday Peak"). If less than 4 weeks (if less than 21 weeks for "Holiday Peak"), no monies will be refunded. The security deposit of US $300 must be paid in cash upon arrival in either GB Pounds Sterling, Thai Baht, US Dollars or Euros, the security deposit will then be refunded at the end of the rental period in the same currency.
If a further single camp-bed is required, there will an additional charge of $15 per night. An infant's cot and high chair are available with an additional charge of $15 per night.
