When you enter this architect designed villa, the breathtaking view of scattered islands dotting the turquoise-colored water of Chalong Bay immediately fills your senses. The lower level where the internal living space connects with the pool terrace and garden, is absolute tropical bliss. Every room on this level is centred on the infinity pool, which seamlessly merges into the sea view backdrop.
There are no roads to cross or buses to catch, far enough from the bustle of Phuket City, yet just a few minutes by car from the major shopping and entertainment areas. You will enjoy your relaxed style of living. The infinity swimming pool is surrounded by sun-beds and shaded areas.
Wireless internet access is available throughout the property along with a multi-room music system so that music can be streamed from iTunes on laptops anywhere in the house to the garden, living room and main bedrooms The four double bedrooms are all en-suite and fully furnished (two with king-size beds, one with a queen-size bed and one with two twin beds); three of the bedrooms enjoy the sea view and have their own balcony/terrace.
The master bedroom has a particularly luxurious bathroom with state of art fittings and a raised bath positioned to enjoy the sea views. The large modern open-plan European style kitchen is equipped with high quality electrical appliances including an espresso machine, pots/pans and cutlery/crockery. A separate additional Thai style kitchen provides added convenience.

The exterior of this architect designed home is set among landscaped gardens with a 10m infinity pool with jacuzzi as the centre piece. A Thai style Sala is the perfect place to shelter from the sun or enjoy a glass of wine as the sun sets across the bay.
The interior of the home is equipped with high quality locally sourced furniture, fixtures and fittings that will make your experience a luxurious one. From the sleek wooden floors in the bedrooms to pristine marble flooring throughout the open plan living space, every part of the home oozes class.
Whist in touch with the surrounding nature, the house is equipped with high speed wireless internet throughout, multi-room sounds system, 50" Samsung TV with Sony surround sound home theatre.
Total living space: 600 sqm plus infinity pool, gardens, terraces and Sala. Sleeps 8 (sofa in 2nd bedroom sleeps one additional person). There is wireless internet throughout house, pool area & sala (Airport Extreme router). There is air conditioning throughout the house controlled in each room.
Living area
The spacious open planned living space with panoramic views of Chalong bay spans the entire width of the property and opens directly on to the pool terrace and sala. It includes a dining area, accommodating 8 for formal dining, a TV den with brand new state of the art audio-visual entertainment system and a double height sitting area. The open design merges with the pool terrace making it ideal for informal, al fresco eating, entertaining or just relaxing. The living space extends upstairs where it includes an outside balcony. Perfect for meditation, reading or a place for the kids to play.
There is a guest WC off the living space.
Kitchen
An open-planned European style kitchen is fully equipped with a full range of brand name appliances including Smeg gas range, espresso machine, juice blender, microwave and American size double door fridge-freezer with ice maker/dispenser). An adjacent Thai kitchen with Smeg gas stove complements the interior space. Breakfast bar with marble top provides an additional social hub.
Master bedroom
On the upper level, this indulgently large bedroom with king size bed, sofa, coffee table and TV/DVD includes a walk in dressing room with security safe. The large en suite bathroom with raised bath is strategically positioned to maximise the views over the bay. The bedroom enjoys sea views and has its own private terrace.
Bedroom 2
The large 2nd bedroom on the upper level includes a coach which can be used to sleep an additional person. There is a king size bed, generous fitted wardrobes and en suite bathroom that is shared with 3rd bedroom. This bedroom also enjoys sea views, has its own private terrace and is equipped with TV and DVD.
Bedroom 3
The 3rd bedroom has twin beds with two sets of wardrobes, en suite bathroom that is shared with 2nd bedroom and TV/DVD. It has a small balcony with it's own rear entrance.
Pool terrace Bedroom 4
Perhaps this should be the master bedroom as it has double aspect windows opening on to the pool terrace and enjoying incredible views of the pool, sala, gardens and Chalong Bay. It has a queen size bed with built in wardrobes and en-suite bathroom. The room is fitted with a speaker for iPod or laptop that can be linked to the multi room music system. This is portable and can be moved to another part of the house.
Bedroom 5
An additional bedroom in the basement is rear facing and can accommodate 2 additional guests. Close to separate shower room.

The house is set among landscaped tropical gardens connected by stone pathways and dotted with several terraced areas.
The 10m infinity pool is the centre piece and includes a jacuzzi for the ultimate indulgence, day or night. Loungers on the pool side are perfect for soaking up the sun or move to the Thai style sala with it's sofas and coffee table for some shade.
The sala has speakers wired to the multi room sound system so that you can enjoy chill out music by the pool, or perhaps something more lively with cocktails as you watch the sun go down.
An outside barbecue provides another option for dining/entertaining.

A deposit of 50% is due within two days of confirmation and secures your reservation.
The balance is due 60 days before the start of the stay.
A refundable breakage deposit of £2,000 is also payable prior to start of the stay. This also covers any additional electricity charges due. This will be settled within 14 days of completing your stay.

Access is easy with direct flights from some international destinations to Phuket International Airport and numerous domestic flights from Bangkok's Suvarnabhumi & Don Muang Airports (just one hour flight)
The Cape Panwa / Ao Yon area
There are many stunning beaches in Phuket but few as unspoiled as Ao Yon & Khao Khard; both are just a few minutes walk from the villa. The beaches are well protected, so there is no risk of tsunami! Khao Khad faces Chalong Bay to the West and Ao Yon is on the other side of the peninsular, facing East. Ao Yon has sailing facilities and is the jump off point for snorkelling and diving trips
Khao Khad is a short distance to Cape Panwa, which is one the island’s most exclusive areas. This region is situated on Phuket’s southeast coast, providing a tranquil retreat with nearby peaceful and unspoiled beaches.
Phuket Central is only a 15 minute drive away with shopping centres (Tesco Lotus, Central Festival and Big C), countless restaurants, a multiplex cinema, gym and other amenities.
There are many restaurants, street hawker stalls and convenience stores within a 5-10 minute drive of the villa.
Phuket is also famous for it's numerous beaches, night-life, golf courses, snorkelling, sailing, par-ascending, SCUBA diving, elephant riding all of which are within 15-45 minutes of the villa.
