About the home

The property sleeps 6 people and has been tastefully decorated. The spacious open plan, fully air-conditioned living area with its cathedral ceilings consists of a sitting room, formal dining area, den, kitchen with breakfast bar and nook.

The villa has a 28ft screened pool with block paved patio area which was built in 2008. The outdoor living area consists of a lanai, dining table & chairs, BBQ and loungers - perfect for relaxing from dusk to dawn. The rear garden leads out to our very own boat dock and lift situated on a Gulf access canal, why not hire a boat for part or all or your stay we can recommend many local companies.

Fantastic beaches, abundance of golf courses, great shopping, fishing, water sports and restaurants are all in close proximity of the villa.

Conditions

These prices are for the villa (not per person) and includes all utilities, linen and towels.

Cleaning is included in the price.

The minimum rental is 7 nights (Saturday to Saturday flexible depending on time of year). Discounted rates are available for stays of 4 weeks or longer.

Electric pool heating will be provided November through to February. If required outside of these months an additional fee of £55.00 per week will be charged.

A non-refundable deposit of £200 is required to secure booking with the full balance due 8 weeks prior to departure.

An additional £200.00 refundable security cheque is also required to cover damage this is returnable after departure.

West of the historic town of Fort Myers on South West Florida’s Gulf Coast, across the broad sweeping estuary of the Caloosahatchee River lies breathtaking Cape Coral.

One of the fastest growing waterfront communities in South West Florida, ‘the cape’ as it is affectionately known, boasts over 400 miles of saltwater and freshwater canals, providing a fishing and boating paradise.

Also within close proximity to the villa is an abundance of golf courses that tests all levels of golfing ability.

Fantastic beaches, shopping & outlets malls are all within a close drive from the villa.

Direct scheduled flights to the major international airports of Orlando (3 and a half hours drive) and Miami (2 and a half hours drive) and Tampa (2 hours drive) are available.

SouthWest Florida Regional Airport at Fort Myers is only 40 minutes from the villa, and is directly accessible from many US cities. Scheduled flights from Europe to Fort Myers, requiring a change of plane en-route, are offered by major European and US Airlines.

Charter flights to Orlando are also available from most major European Airports.

Just a note to tell you we throughly enjoyed our stay at your lovely home at Cape Coral. I've come back to a much smaller house and am missing the pool already.

The weather was poor the first week with unseasonal amounts of rain but we still went out and about. We drove to the Keys, Miami, Everglades City and spent time on Sanibel and Captiva which were our favourite places.

I would recommend the villa and Cape Coral area to anyone wanting a relaxing holiday.
