Close to local shops, beach sports facilities, shopping malls, parks, numerous golf courses, culture, attractions for both adults and children, great fishing, fine dining –too much to list!

Less than half a mile/just minutes by boat to the Caloosahatchee River (which leads to the Gulf of Mexico) where you could anchor off one of the small islands; look for dolphins, manatees, turtles, ospreys, pelicans, numerous fish etc. Cape Coral offers 335 days of bright sunshine

The Family room and The Media/Bonus room upstairs, are all fully furnished with quality seating for all -providing the flexibility to allow different members of the family to find space or privacy. This area of South west Florida has fantastically good year round weather. The average annual temperature is 74.4F; High average 84.1F and Low average 64.7F With an average of 335 days of brilliant sunshine each year, and the other 30 days of moderate sunshine, it is an ideal year round sub tropical holiday destination. The summers are very warm, humid with spasmodic rain. The area only receives approximately 53” of rainfall each year, with the majority being between May and September. And,Cape Coral is ranked constantly top for public safety in both Florida and the US.If you’ve bought the children, there is Sunsplash Waterpark, Bat-A-Ball Family Fun Park, Thomas Edison Museum, the Children’s Science Centre nearby, in addition to the water sports,sea shelling and prolific wildlife including Dolphins, Manatees, Pelicans, Ospreys, Turtles and numerous species of fish, that will captivate their attention.
