For sheer convenience and a relaxed tropical atmosphere it's hard to beat this location, with peaceful water views, south-facing swimming pool and for the fisherman, a private waterside dock. However you choose to spend your moments this is the perfect place to create those lasting memories.

Located in SW Cape Coral, close to white-sand Island beaches, golf courses, public marinas and a variety of shopping, dining and entertainment options, The Lake House is close to everything that matters. Whether you enjoy sea fishing, snorkeling, skiing or simply cruising the Caloosahatchee River and Gulf of Mexico, they are all easily accessible from a number of marinas, beaches and public piers nearby.

The central family room offers stylish Italian tiled floors, light pastel colours and a modern contemporary décor including wide-screen TV, DVD, wireless Internet (with printer), relaxing twin sofas and direct access to the outdoor sundeck and pool.

Conveniently located between the kitchen and family retreat is an attractive formal dining area, ideal for that special celebration dinner or romantic evening in. The separate family retreat has a relaxed casual elegance offering a haven for quiet relaxation, for entertaining, for listening to music (CD & audio system) or just to enjoy watching the wildlife and beautiful views across the water.

The well-appointed kitchen features luxury stainless steel appliances, electric stove, microwave oven, dishwasher and refrigerator. The kitchen area is extensively equipped for six people with coffee/tea making facilities, all modern utensils and ample storage cabinets. A breakfast bar and separate dining table overlooking the pool area has seating for six people. A family washer and dryer is located adjacent to the kitchen

The master en-suite bedroom is located next to the family retreat and has king-size bed walk-in closet and additional TV. Sliding doors have direct access to the pool & sundeck. The en-suite bathroom has a fully-tiled walk-in shower, single vanity and toilet.

Bedrooms two & three are located at the opposite side of the home next to the main family room.

Bedroom 2 features queen-size bed with large double closets additional TV/DVD.

Bedroom 3 features twin-beds, single closet.

Second bathroom has over-bath shower, single vanity and toilet- this bathroom can also be accessed directly from the pool deck.

Bed linen and towels are provided.
