All this just minutes from stylish shopping and waterfront dining at prestigious Cape Harbour Marina, the shimmering waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the white-sand beaches of the Island are easily reached by boat from your own private dock. Local shops, supermarkets, Cape Coral beach and numerous golf courses are all close by.

Much, Much More Than A Place To Live: stained glass doors, cathedral ceilings, Italian styled floors and stylish French doors. The magnificent Great Room featuring TV, DVD, CD and home theater audio system, a private study has desk, high-speed Internet and TV. The show piece dining room is elegantly furnished to provide a luxury formal dinning environment – seating for six people.

Italian inspired luxury kitchen with marble counter tops, large centre island, beautiful wood cabinets with built-in oven, microwave and glass-top stove, luxuriously equipped with family-size refrigerator, freezer, separate walk-in pantry, dishwasher and an extensive selection of quality appliances. A walk-in utility room has family washer and dryer. Adjacent to the kitchen, the breakfast nook overlooks the pool deck & provides casual dinning for four.

Staircase from the kitchen area leads to a 1960’s “retro style” upstairs games room with outside balcony overlooking the waterway. Equipped for pool, table tennis & darts with TV, sofa, and full bathroom including shower and toilet.

Master Bedroom Suite (1) - features luxury “chateau-style” king-size bed, full dresser unit, double walk-in closets, separate armoire with TV & overhead ceiling fans. Tall French doors open directly onto the pool deck and provide views of the waterway. The luxury en-suite bathroom has marble master bath, Roman-style walk-in shower (no step & suitable for handicapped access) separate toilet and twin vanity units.

Master Bedroom Suite (2) features “Tommy Bahaman’ Caribbean-style furnishings with queen-size bed, French doors opening to the pool deck, overhead ceiling fans, walk-in closets and TV. The en-suite bathroom has step-in shower, toilet and single vanity unit.

Enjoy the magnificent 40ft long heated swimming pool, designed for “serious swimming” or just relax in the spa and watch passing boats as they make their way out to the marina. The extended sun deck has an extensive selection of patio furniture, including sun loungers (4) dining table & chairs (6). After a busy day relaxing, the shaded dinning area with cooling overhead fans will help to slow the pace to enjoy this beautiful waterfront setting and its magical sunsets.

No special boat license is required, you must be 21 years of age and have a valid drivers license. If you can drive a car you will find it easy to drive a boat.

There are over 60 golf courses within 1 hour drive of the home.
A 10-15 minute drive will take you to Royal Tee Golf Club a semi private / public 27 hole championship golf course designed by Gordon Lewis. Four sets of tees, driving range, two practice greens, pro shop and a full service restaurant
