Wide-screen Plasma TV, DVD, stereo music system and high-speed internet. A separate dining area has seating for six, ideal for those special occasions and romantic evenings at home. Central sliding doors open directly onto the sundeck and pool area.

The large “eat-in” kitchen has a separate seating area for eight and is fully-equipped with quality utensils and upgraded appliances including glass-top stove, microwave oven, dishwasher refrigerator, automatic Ice maker and freezer.

The Master Bedroom Suite (1) features impressive “island-style” king-size bed, white plantation-style windows, overhead ceiling fans, full dresser, mirror, walk-in closet and TV. Adjoining en-suite bathroom also has pool-side access with extended vanity units, step–in shower, toilet and bidet.

At the end of the day watch the sun go down from your own private boat dock, ideal for fishing the waters of the tropical canal. Cape Coral has more than 400 miles of canals.

There are many ways to explore the outer islands and getting there in your own boat is half the fun. We can arrange your boat to be delivered to your dock for a just few days or a whole week. No special boat license is required, you must be 21 years of age and have a valid drivers license. If you can drive a car you will find it easy to drive a boat.

There are over 60 golf courses within 1 hour drive of the home.
A 10-15 minute drive will take you to Royal Tee Golf Club a semi private / public 27 hole championship golf course designed by Gordon Lewis. Four sets of tees, driving range, two practice greens, pro shop and a full service restaurant.
