The thoughtfully-equipped kitchen has absolutely everything that could be required for a family vacation, featuring designer center isle unit, microwave, glass-top stove & oven, automatic dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and automatic icemaker. A full breakfast bar and separate breakfast nook that has table and chairs overlooking the swimming pool. A spacious utility room has full-size family washer and dryer.
Master bedroom suite features king-size bed with cooling ceiling fans, full dresser unit, walk-in closets, TV. French doors lead to the swimming pool and sundeck. The luxury en-suite bathroom features tiled floors, oversized bath, walk-in shower and separate toilet.

Poolside access to bathroom (2) provides for a Cabana-style pool bath with full shower and toilet facilities and the sundeck is fully-equipped with stylish outdoor furnishings including large dining table, chairs (6) and sun loungers (6).

Pick up that book you have been meaning to read or relax and enjoy a meal outdoors in the shaded dining area. If fishing is your passion you only have to step outside to the waters edge to enjoy some of the best salt water fishing the Cape has to offer. There are over 60 golf courses within 1 hour drive of the home.
A 10-15 minute drive will take you to Royal Tee Golf Club a semi private / public 27 hole championship golf course designed by Gordon Lewis. Four sets of tees, driving range, two practice greens, pro shop and a full service restaurant
