The large pool terrace is furnished with two dining areas each seating 6,there are several sun loungers and a gas BBQ for those lovely summer evenings dining alfresco!
There is also a pool shower room with lots of inflatables for hours of fun in the sun with the children.
The private boat dock is perfect for fishing from,or simply watching the wildlife and the incredible scenes at sun down. Whatever your pleasure,you will find this a wonderful location to relax.

Historic Fort Myers known as “The City of Palms” lies just 10 minutes away across the beautiful Caloosahatchee River. The Caribbean-style Islands of Sanibel & Captiva, famous for their white sandy beaches and tropical Island atmosphere, are just across the bay.
Cape Coral Yacht club is only moments away and has a sandy beach and several play areas to keep the kids amused. Cape Harbour again very close by has an array of stylish waterfront restaurants and bars and makes for a most enjoyable time out.
Sun Splash is a water park located on Santa Barbara Blvd and is the perfect place for having fun with the family of all ages.

The villa is furnished to a very high level and is immaculately maintained. The pool and access to the canal are a real bonus. Situated in a quiet residential area, but with shops and restaurants close by. Also within 5 minutes driving distance to two excellently maintained and free public tennis courts, situated in a small park. |

This has to be the most beautifull villa we have stayed in in Florida by far. Luxurious and well equipped are just two words to describe it. The surrounding area is great, lots to do and a boat trip to see the dolphins was top of our grandchildrens highlights. There is also plenty of places to go shopping and Coconut Point is our favorite. We were so sorry to have to leave but hope one day to return, thanks again Hilton and to Eva for her help and friendliness. Linda and family. |

We have stayed at Hilton's Villa twice now and on each occasion we have had the most fabulous holiday. This Villa is fabulous, comfortable and luxurious, with a beautiful pool. The location was perfect and Mike and Eva made sure that all our needs were catered for. We hope to stay again very soon! Nick and Amy Gates |

When we opened the door our jaws dropped at the sheer size and immaculate layout.
Sue loved the pool and spent most of her time around it.
The villa was ideally positioned for all amenities and Eva recommended Rumrunners which was great.
