An elegant and luxuriously appointed waterfront home situated in the exclusive up-market South West region of Cape Coral. Built in 2002 and one of only six houses of its kind, this charming home offers over 2400 sq ft of stylish,air conditioned living accommodation. One of the many attactive features are the 13' vaulted ceilings that create a wonderful open aspect. The interior furnishings are of the very highest quality and offer a blend of traditional English antique's with modern appliances.

Relax by the heated pool and spa and enjoy unspoilt river views from the large terrace.The terrace is much larger than other homes in the area and therefore traps the sun from first thing in the morning until dusk falls.From its private boat dock, the house is 30 minutes from open water and the sandy beaches of Captiva and Sanibel Islands are close by.
Cape Coral is perfect for all tastes, with a variety of activities available including golf,tennis,fishing and shopping!

The large pool terrace is furnished with two dining areas each seating 6,there are several sun loungers and a gas BBQ for those lovely summer evenings dining alfresco!

There is also a pool shower room with lots of inflatables for hours of fun in the sun with the children.
The private boat dock is perfect for fishing from,or simply watching the wildlife and the incredible scenes at sun down. Whatever your pleasure,you will find this a wonderful location to relax.

“A luxurious, relaxing getaway.” A beautiful villa, well appointed, and with everything you need for a great holiday. Hilton, the owner, was a pleasure to do business with. It is the first time I have rented a villa in this way and his help and experience, together with the Mike and Eva on site in America, made the process very easy.

“Fabulous holiday and villa” The villa is furnished to a very high level and is immaculately maintained. The pool and access to the canal are a real bonus. Situated in a quiet residential area, but with shops and restaurants close by. Also within 5 minutes driving distance to two excellently maintained and free public tennis courts, situated in a small park.

“Beautifull villa in a fantastic surroundings” This has to be the most beautifull villa we have stayed in in Florida by far. Luxurious and well equipped are just two words to describe it. The surrounding area is great, lots to do and a boat trip to see the dolphins was top of our grandchildrens highlights. There is also plenty of places to go shopping and Coconut Point is our favorite. We were so sorry to have to leave but hope one day to return, thanks again Hilton and to Eva for her help and friendliness. Linda and family.

“Fabulous Villa Nuala” We have stayed at Hilton's Villa twice now and on each occasion we have had the most fabulous holiday. This Villa is fabulous, comfortable and luxurious, with a beautiful pool. The location was perfect and Mike and Eva made sure that all our needs were catered for. We hope to stay again very soon! Nick and Amy Gates
