About the home

Newly renovated, spacious vacation home in South Yarmouth - minutes from a great beach, shopping and attractions! Our large, sunlit, well equipped vacation home is ready for your arrival - the house is full of amenities and is suitable for either families or couples vacationing together.

Our vacation home features a rare combination of bedrooms - there are 2 bedrooms with king size beds and 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds, accommodating up to 8 people comfortably. The living room with a fireplace is extra large - plenty of room to spread out for everyone. There's a sunny dining room with seating for 8, a brand new kitchen with all the modern appliances and 2 full bathrooms. The beds are made up with crisp fresh linen (high thread 100% cotton) - we supply it at no cost. The bath towels are also included free of charge.

Our house is immaculately clean, with gleaming hardwood floors throughout the house. The house has free high speed internet. There's central A/C for your comfort. There are four cable TV/DVD players, VCR, games and books. New 42" LCD Flat screen TV set installed in the living room. Another LCD Flat Sreen TVs are in Master Bedroom, King bedroom and Twin bedroom. Wireless High Speed Internet is free.

We are conveniently located on the dead-end street within 7 minute walk to several beautiful Nantucket Sound beaches - warmest waters on the Cape! These beaches are over 3 miles long with many recreational activities. There are lifeguards, snack bar, restrooms, and showers on the beaches. There is also a fishing pier and a boat ramp on one of the beaches. Spend the evening enjoying the beautiful sunset or fishing off the pier!

To make your beach time more enjoyable, we provide beach towels, beach umbrellas and beach chairs at no cost.

Just a quick 5 minute drive to Route 28 (or 15 minute walk) will take you to numerous restaurants, supermarkets and a variety of shops. Excitement and fun awaits for you. There are two 18-hole golf courses, Ryan Family Amusement Centre, Bonkerz Party Zone (exciting Indoor Playground), bowling, two miniature golf courses, ZooQuarium, fishing/harbor tours or shell fishing on the beach, a windmill dating back to the 1800's with a nice water view, and a lot more within short distance of our home.

The house is centrally located, so you can explore the Cape in each direction, with every town boasting artist's studios, museums, galleries and craft shops. Take a ride on the Elegant Dinner Train with a five course gourmet meal served on crisp white linen aboard the vintage dining cars?! Do not miss the chance to go whale watching. You will enjoy a tour of Cape lighthouses. There are eight working lighthouses on the Cape, mile-for-mile one of the largest concentrations of working lighthouses in the world. It takes you only 10 minutes to get to Hyannis Harbor and take a great day trip to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket.

Our home is surrounded by a lush, large, partially fenced in yard with a deck and patio. The deck is set up with comfortable outdoor furniture and there is a grill on the patio for those barbecues! The hammock under the mature trees, the garden swing is adding more comfort to your stay.

There's a hot/cold outdoor shower for a quick rinse after the beach.

There's a washer and dryer so no need to pack too much - save room for shopping!

We supply our guests with such amenities as high quality bed linen, bath towels, beach towels, beach umbrellas and chairs, paper products, soap, shampoo, shower gel, bath foam, laundry supplies, all at no extra charge. The kitchen is fully stocked. We provide tee, coffee, coffee maker, toaster, blender, cooking utensils (including pots, pans, bowls etc), dinnerware, flatware. iron & ironing board, hair dryer, patio furnishings, hammock, garden swing, grill and propane for the grill etc.

Conditions

The rental period runs Saturday to Saturday, with a week minimum stay in the summer and shorter stays (3 days minimum) in off season.
In order to book the cottage, we request a deposit, with the second half payable 60 days before arrival. We require $350 damage deposit, which is fully refundable if there are no damages beyond normal wear and tear.
There is no any other fees.

The Cape Cod lies south of Boston on the East Coast of the United States.

In the mid-19th century Cape Cod became a popular summer vacation destination for wealthy families living in Boston and Providence. Today Cape Cod is the premier vacation resort in New England.

Cape Cod is the place for wide, sandy beaches with beautiful dunes, lighthouses, sea captains’ homes, fishing villages, seafood (particularly oysters, clams, and lobsters), cranberries, and numerous recreational opportunities.

The Cape is about 70 miles long and is often subdivided into six main regions: Upper-Cape, Mid-Cape, Lower-Cape, Outer-Cape and the Islands of Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket.

“Perfect Cape Escape” We were looking for place for 8 people over long weekend and found the best house in perfect location. The house is very clean and very spacious, there was enough room for all of us and still we were not on top of each other. Very comfortable bedrooms, spacious and well equipped kitchen, large dining and living room and large deck makes this house a destination we'll definitely come back to next season. Location is perfect as well, walking distance to beach, very close to Bass River, main roads are just few blocks away and yet the area is very quiet and peaceful. Too bad we discovered this gem at the end of a season, can't wait for next summer. Thank you Valentina and Alex for sharing this beautiful place with us.

“Everything you could ask for” We stayed at this house for one week in May and have just sent in our deposit for another week in November. We used to think that it didn't matter where we stayed in Cape Cod, just as long as we had a place to sleep at night and take a shower in the morning because we are always on the go. But this home is so lovely, we enjoyed eating and relaxing on the deck and surrounding yard. This house has everything you could possibly ask for. It has spacious rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Even bath products are supplied. We don't even need to bring a hair dryer. The furnishings, linens and curtains are beautiful. Alex and Valentina are very nice people who certainly have put a lot of thought and care into this home. This home is not a typical rental. You really feel like you are in your own home. We look forward to coming back again!

“Amazing House!!!” Val and Alex are amazing!!! The house is amazing, it has everything you could need or want!!! Everything about this house is perfect..location, bedrooms, tvs, the deck is fabulous!!! We have rented this house 3 years in a row and it is the only house we will rent on the Cape. We love it!!!
