Located in the heart of the Golden Triangle, Oceania give you all the comforts of a villa which have received 5* “Comité Départemental du Tourisme des Landes” and 4 “Clévacances” since its construction in 2007.
In a residential area, close to beaches and the harbor (250m), in a quiet side street, the Villa Oceania is designed for holidays, in harmony with nature.
The "zen" decor invites you to feel at home, that we often hear from the guests staying there. You come only with your luggage: beds are prepared as at the hotel, a small gift waiting for you ...
Outside, a large deck Ipé, overlooks the pool, all invite you to enjoy moments playful and warm, magical show with family or friends.
For your convenience, the villa is fully air conditioned Oceania; all main rooms are facing south .. Capbreton is an historic seaside resort, with the one marina and fishing of Landes.
