Villa | 4 bedrooms | sleeps 8
This beautiful villa is a 200 M2 family villa which has been completely renovated in 2012-2013. The perfect place for a Holiday in peace, in walking distance to the beach and not far from the center of Antibes and Juan les Pins.
The villa is on two levels with a 800 M2 garden, also on two levels.
When entering the villa you arrive in the open plan kitchen and living area. The kitchen is very nice and modern with all the necessary amenities. To enjoy a relaxing moment there is a nice confortable sofa and a big TV.
Big sliding glass doors give access to a covered terrace with dining table and a big barbecue and the garden. There is a fenced heated pool with deckchairs next to it.
The four bedrooms are all on the lower level with access to the garden.
The first room, when coming down the stairs to the lower level has a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and an open shower room.
The second bedroom has a baby bed but this can be changed with one or two single beds (90 x 190cm), if there is no need for a baby bed.
The third bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200cm) an a walk-in wadrobe.
These three bedrooms have direct access to a nice wooden terrace where the sun can be enjoyed in the afternoon and evening. There is a little wooden house, in this part of the garden, for the children to play in.
For the two bedrooms without ensuite shower rooms, there is a bathroom to share, also with toilet.
The fourth bedroom is the Master bedroom with its own open shower room and toilet. In this room there is a 180 x 200cm bed.
The whole villa is very nicely decorated with modern furniture but yet in a warm and welcoming style. There is air-conditioning in the livingroom as well as in the bedrooms.
There is parking space for two normal sized cars.
The villa is located in a neighbourhood with villas around, in a very calm street. The nearest beach is the Salis in Antibes, which can be reached within 5 minutes by foot.
