About the home

Chez-nous is located in the centre port and marina, in a pleasant secured residence with concierge and private parking ,10/15 minutes walk to 14km of protected, fine grain sand beaches. The newly refurbished 50m2 apartment plus balcony has one large double bedroom duplex and a twin room cabine plus double sofa bed. The apartment is ideal for families. The spacious balcony is furnished with table and chairs and BBQ for you to enjoy dining al fresco.

The apartment has easy access to all amenities including local markets for bargain hunting, Aqualand, golf, water sports and numerous restaurants and bars for dining out .On your arrival our English/French speaking representative will be there to welcome you and assist you with local knowledge of the area. They can also be contacted by telephone during your stay to answer any questions you might have.

The apartment is 50m2 and newly renovated with air condition plus balcony. FREE internet access. As you enter there is plenty of storage space with sun umbrellas and fishing rods at your disposal. At the end of the corridor is the twin cabine which kids will love.You also have a fully furnished kitchen / sitting room with all mod cons,full size fridge freezer, grill, oven ,2 ring cooker, hob, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine. The sitting room with coffee table, dining table and chairs, flat screen TV and a sofa which you can turn into a comfortable double bed .The balcony is furnished with table and chairs B.B.Q and all equipment for al fresco diners. Upstairs is a large double bedroom with plenty of wardrobe space, dressing table, and a cooling fan. The shower room is spacious with a large shower tray, toilet ,wash hand basin and cupboard space .

Cap d'Agde knows what the sunshine is for...it looks good in any season and every season is the right time to be there. Need to breath some sea air or walk in the wilds or take a trip on the Canal du Midi. From the port to the beaches, Cap d' Agde is a mosaic of holiday places.

Chez Nous is exceptionally well located in the heart of Cap D'Agde in the centre port. The residence is secured and well looked after. Bikes available for hire per week On your door step is a large selection of bars, restaurants, creperies.

During the summer time (May to September ) there is music in the streets and a large number of festivals takes place. Stroll through the shopping streets on your way to the beautiful beaches where all sports activity are available, jet ski, para gliding ,scuba diving boat hire. At night, why not take a walk along the harbour where the boats are moored, or settle down at a table by the port to relish the flavours of local shellfish and other specialities. From midday to midnight Cap d'Agde follows your rhythm, with an impressive choice of places to go. PITY THERE ARE ONLY 24 HOURS IN A DAY.

A €250 non- refundable deposit is required on booking to reserve the property.The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.A €300 fully refundable security/breakages deposit is required with your final payment to cover major breakages, keys, remote control. Security deposit will be sent to you within 10 working days following your departure.

Flying from england or ireland book your flight with ryanair.or airlingus or other airline which offer cheap flights to Carcassonne , Montpellier (Beziers-cap D'Agde),Perpignan travel from airport via T-G-V (trains run approx every hour) to Agde Station. bus services is available and taxi.Travel by road using autoroute A9 Agde junction, A75 towards towards Beziers / Sete Exit for Agde.

All major car hire companies are located at the airports.

Ryanair also flies from Luton, Stansted and Bristol to Beziers cap'd agde. From the airport (15km) you can travel by taxi approx €20 . local buses run regularly from Beziers to Cap'd agde. arrangements will be made for an english/french speaking representative to meet you on your arrival.
