About the home

Whether you are a young or older couple or have a child too you will find many things to suit your taste. This is a true holiday resort and offers almost anything you could wish for - seclusion if you so desire, or activities to fill your days and nights. Jousting and petanque are both typically French pursuits and available in high season, golf, cruises, tennis, or more sedate activities too. The choice is yours.

Secluded walkways in gated complex - outdoor table & chairs onto terrace. Choice of two outdoor swimming pools (open from July to September) and 21 tennis courts.

There will be a 30 euro charge for the cleaning and the inventory. There will also be a 20 euro charge for the security keys to the complex and the apartment. This will be returned to you when you leave provided the security keys are returned safely. Two towels per person are included. Extra towels can be rented for 5 euros each.

The Languedoc-Roussillon / Herault region

Cap d'Agde is at the tip of the coast before le Grau d'Agde. Its rich green boulevards with rolling hills on either side lead into a vibrant port with activities to suit all ages and tastes. The old town of Agde is within 10 minutes drive and steeped in history, traditions and jousting. The activities are too many to mention or you can simply lie by the pool in the secluded walkways of the secure gated complex and play tennis or petanque when the sun goes down or relax on your terrace with a glass of wine.

The Cap d'Agde area

Our property is surrounded by exciting things to do for all the family. For history and culture buffs, there's the old town of Agde. If you're into sports, then the area offers a wide variety of sports including golf, water sports and mini-golf. For the children, there's Aqualand, family theme park, mini-golf, aquarium, mini-boats, parks and games areas - while the grown-ups can relax with shows, cinemas, arts and crafts, casinos and night clubs.

Beziers now available with Ryanair or Perpignan or Montpellier (1 hr). Approx 30/40 mins by car from airport. Property ocated 10 mins walk from Port - with endless activities both for adults and for children. You can spend lots of money or none - it's up to you. The enclosed gated complex houses many families - French and other nationalities and the pool is the perfect place for meeting them. The children tend to skate, walk around or kick a ball within the grounds and there are lots of tennis courts or petanque (French boules) within the complex. Next door is the international hotel where you can breakfast if you wish, or buy a drink or sandwich, or you could walk down to the port and find just about anything for family fun - and people watch - day and evening - with or without the children....

School holidays not included - separate price applies for school half-terms. Cleared funds of one week's deposit and the payment for the holiday required 1 month in advance. Deposit returned upon satisfactory inventory and provided property returned in same condition as when rented out. If prices for dates you require are not given we are happy to supply them. One set of linen and towels included in price. Extras can be supplied at an extra charge of 30 euros for one set of towels and sheets, per week. Pool is open July, August and September. If all keys are not returned intact on departure there will be a deduction from the deposit of 50 euros for the keys.
