Casa Margarita is a large spacious villa with private pool in a really spectacular location overlooking the Bay of Canyamel. It has all the facilities required for a perfect holiday whether active or for just 'chilling'. Six large bedrooms with double occupancy, 4 bath or shower rooms (3 en suites) and most bedrooms have a balcony terrace overlooking the magnificent view and the beach of Canyamel.
The property has a large sitting room at entrance level and a bar and party room at pool level. Outside we have a roof terrace and at pool level an excellent covered dining area with built in barbecue, a swimming pool, outdoor shower and a terrace with an extensive view over both land and sea. A truly exceptional location.

The Mallorca/Majorca region
The North East of the island of Mallorca is much less 'touristy' than some of the other better known areas in the south and west and has retained an almost secret element.
The sandy beaches and largely undiscovered, numerous coves are still underpopulated even in the height of summer.
There are still almost wild areas to explore in the Nature Reserve between Cala Mesquida and Betlem. Sports of all kinds and in particular, golf and watersports are well catered for locally as well as places of interest for all tastes.
Canyamel / Costa de Canyamel area
Within a few minutes drive of Casa Margarita is the little village of Canyamel with its beautiful sandy beach and beach bars, inexpensive restaurants and general amenities. On the other side of the bay are the famous Arta Caves which are well worth a visit.
Further inland are the typical Mallorcan towns of Arta and Capdepera with excellent weekly markets, shops and bars, a Cathedral and castle ruins to explore. Good, reasonably priced restaurants abound.
Further up the coast (approx 10 mins drive) is Cala Rajada the fishing village and port for ferries to Menorca - which has excellent shopping and night-life. There are 4 good golf courses within 15 minutes of the property.

Many airlines both schedule and charter fly to Palma de Mallorca from major airports in UK including Easyjet, BA, Ryanair, Air Berlin and more.
Car Hire in Mallorca is reasonably priced and in abundance in the arrivals hall. These include Europacar, Goldcar, Avis, Hertz etc.

Further details indoors: The villa is built over three floors. There are six bedrooms in all. Two double and four twins plus a cot for an infant. Four bathrooms (2 with bath and shower shower screens, twin washbasins and WC and 2 with shower cubicles) Three are en suite. All have been recently refurbished.
There is a large living room with open fireplace, sat TV, DVD and video players and comfortable leather armchairs and sofas at entrance level with French windows leading onto a balcony terrace overlooking the bay and pool.
Also a further communal room with extra large dining table, sofas and a bar at pool level. Two kitchen areas - one at entrance level and one at pool level.
