Casa Margarita is a large spacious villa with private pool in a really spectacular location overlooking the Bay of Canyamel. It has all the facilities required for a perfect holiday whether active or for just 'chilling'. Six large bedrooms with double occupancy, 4 bath or shower rooms (3 en suite) and most bedrooms have a balcony terrace overlooking the magnificent view and the beach of Canyamel.
The property has a large sitting room at entrance level and a bar and party room at pool level. Outside we have a roof terrace and at pool level an excellent covered dining area with built in barbecue, a swimming pool, outdoor shower and a terrace with an extensive view over both land and sea. A truly exceptional location.

The villa is built over three floors with six bedrooms. Two double and four twins plus a cot for an infant. Four bathrooms (2 with bath and shower, twin washbasins,WC and bidet and 2 with shower cubicles, twin washbasins and WC) Three are en suite. All have been recently refurbished.
At entrance level: A hall, a large living room with open fireplace, Sat TV, DVD and Video players and an I-pod dock. Comfortable leather armchairs and sofas and French windows leading onto a balcony terrace overlooking the bay and pool. A fully equipped kitchen with table for 6. Cot and high chair (also included in the rental price).
At pool level : A further large communal room with extra large dining table seating 12, sofas and a bar and a fully equipped kichen area.

Covered barbecue area with brick built barbecue, fridge and shelving. Outdoor shower. Covered dining table with seating for 12 overlooking the bay. Sunbeds and parasol on large terrace surrounding the swimming pool. Amazing views inland and out to sea.

Apart from infants we feel that Casa Margarita is not really suitable for the under 5's due to the 2 staircases and proximity of pool to house.
Conditions
A non-returnable booking deposit of £400 per booked week is required to confirm a booking.
The balance of rental is due 2 calender months prior to arrrival.
A returnable security deposit of £400 is required 2 weeks prior to arrival.

The North East of the island of Mallorca is much less 'touristy' than some of the other better known areas in the south and west and has retained an almost secret element.
The sandy beaches and largely undiscovered, numerous coves are still underpopulated even in the height of summer.
There are still almost wild areas to explore in the Nature Reserve between Cala Mesquida and Betlem. Sports of all kinds and in particular, golf and watersports are well catered for locally as well as places of interest for all tastes.
The Canyamel / Costa de Canyamel area
Within a few minutes drive of Casa Margarita is the little village of Canyamel with its beautiful sandy beach and beach bars, inexpensive restaurants and general amenities. On the other side of the bay are the famous Arta Caves which are well worth a visit.
Golf is a big feature locally. There are 4 good golf clubs within 15 mins drive. The nearest only 8 mins.
Further inland are the typical Mallorcan towns of Arta and Capdepera with excellent weekly markets, shops and bars, a Cathedral and castle ruins to explore. Good, reasonably priced restaurants abound.
Further up the coast (approx 10 mins drive) is Cala Rajada the fishing village and port for ferries to Menorca - which has excellent shopping and night-life. There are 4 good golf courses within 15 minutes of the property.

Payment should be made in GBP sterling preferably by cheque or bank transfer. If paid by Paypal or international bank transfer all costs must be covered by payee.
A £400 returnable security deposit is required at least two weeks before arrival.
