"Fantastic"

What a find this house is, it's in a great location, not only for exploring Canterbury (very short walk into town center), but also the entire area. All the rooms are very spacious and the conservatory is a great place to relax, we didn't even use the living room! Amenities wise you can't fault it, there is a small shop at the end of the road, and a Sainsbury's local a 2 minute walk away. I can't recommend this house highly enough.

"Comfortable, clean and excellent location!"

We enjoyed staying in Sebastian's house. It was great for us. Our teenage son loved staying in the 3rd floor bedroom as he had his privacy. We were comfortable in the master bedroom. We were able to open the windows each night as it was a very quiet area and we slept well. The kitchen and dining area was very bright and clean. We enjoyed sitting out in the back yard to eat some of our meals. It was also very nice to have a washing machine and a clothesline in the back yard. The only minor disadvantage was that there is only one bathroom and it is located on the main floor. We walked everywhere in Canterbury and the location of this house was great. We were a close walk to the city yet we were in a nice quiet residential area. Sebastian was a great host and was quick to respond whenever we needed an answer. Thank you for a nice experience.
