Modern duplex apartment, set over 1st and 2nd floor of 3 storey small development in the City Centre. Easy access to High Street with numerous shops, resturants , bars ,and tourist attractions. Only two minutes stroll to the Marlowe Theatre, where you can see, amongst a full programme of events, some of the top west end shows on tour. Canterbury Cathedral is a five minute walk away.

The property is accessed by private staircase to front door. Step into the spacious hallway , where you can access the bedrooms and bathrooms. Tucked neatly into an understairs cupboard are the washing, machine and tumble drier. Take the second staircase up into the large opened planned living area. Here within the spacious , vaulted ceiling area is the kitchen, dining area and lounge. With views to the Marlowe theatre and the cathedral it is a great place to relax . Large flat screen tv, sky tv and free wifi.

Kent is the Garden of England, with beautiful countryside and beaches. Great towns and cities. There is an abunbance of history from Dickens to the Duke of Wellington, there is so much to see.Why not visit a Martello tower ? The only place in the UK you can!

There is good access to the continient via ferry, Eurostar or Euro Tunnel or even a flight from Manston.Great trainlinks into London to explore the capital, to change line and explore the rest of England.

From beaches and castles, to gardens, to zoos and safari parks the south east has it all.

Canterbury

Canterbury offers an abundance of shops, cafés, bars , restaurants and pubs all within walking distance. There is a mix of well known High Street names and small independent retailers offering an vast choice of shopping and eating.

The historic City offers a wealth of architecture,culture and history . From the magnificent Cathedral, the Canterbury Tales , the Beaney Museum of Art to the Ghost tours and the tours by boat on the River Stour that runs through the city centre and the varied program at the Marlowe Theatre, there really is something for everyone -- all within easy walking distance.

Further afield are beautiul coastlines - north to Whitstable and Herne Bay, east to Margate Broadstairs and Ramsgate, and south to Rye, Camber Sands, and Hastings to name just a few
