The cottage was spotlessly clean, cosy and inviting. I was impressed to find everything we needed down to the smallest detail and the complimentary bottle of wine was a lovely bonus! Nestled in a quiet location, we awoke to the sound of birdsong. We focused our daytime excursions in Calais, Folkestone and Canterbury, but I imagine there are lovely walks a stones throw from the cottage. A great cottage, which I would highly recommend to a couple wanting to get away from it all. |
