La Rue de Antibes, restaurants and market are all just five minutes walk away. You might wish to take the train to Monte Carlo or onwards to Italy. You can also drive up to the mountains or visit Grasse or the beautiful villages of Mougin and Biot locally. Antibes and St Tropez are just down the coast! The train and bus stations are five minutes walk from the apartment.

The extended large lounge/dining has a comfortable contemporary sofa (which can be opened up to make a comfortable double bed) with two chairs where you can relax or watch the flat LCD widescreen TV (cable channels and DVD provided). An iPod docking station is also provided. Designed by a leading French kitchen designer, the kitchen is contemporary and well equipped enabling you to prepare a quick snack or a formal dinner! The indoor dining table can seat four people.
The bedrooms are designed to provide maximum comfort. High quality Sheridan bedding is accompanied by both summer and winter quilts. Both bedrooms have en suite shower rooms and fitted wardrobes. Beds can be arranged for twin or king size accommodation.
All bathrooms are finished to the highest standards with modern fittings. High quality towels are provided and beach towels are also available for your convenience. Hair-dryers are also provided for your use.
Additional cleaning can be arranged with our host upon your arrival. You will need to pay for this service in advance. Beach towels can be provided upon request.

The large private south facing balcony is the the ideal place to dine al fresco or enjoy a lazy afternoon. High quality resin furniture with seating for five people is provided. The outdoor furniture and accessories are sophisticated, fun and practical making eating outdoors a very enjoyable experience.
Little extras like access to our host is just one of the little things that make your stay with us more enjoyable. We will have the apartment fully cleaned and ready for your arrival by 3pm on the day of your arrival and would ask you to vacate by 10am on the day of departure. Please ensure that you and your guests treat our property with the utmost care and respect and leave it in just as good a condition as you received it.
Air cooling and winter heating are included in the price however excessive and careless use will be charged for as this is metered. All costs are included in the rental price - there are no hidden additional cleaning costs!

The designer boutiques of the Croisette are at most ten minutes walk from the apartment while Rue D'Antibes, the main shopping district, is less than five minutes walk. "Le Suquet" - the old town of Cannes has marvellous restaurants and steep, narrow streets to meander through.
There are fish, flower and fruit markets daily along with a general market. On Sundays you will find Antique Dealers displaying their goods by the waterfront!
