About the home

Villa Mansart is situated up on the hillside above Theoule sur mer with access to the beaches and also lovely walking in the Esterel.

Off the upstairs main bedroom and en suite is a beautiful terrace with stunning views across the Bay of Cannes. Downstairs the open plan living dining area opens out onto an open terrace again with fantastic views.

The second twin and third single bedroom can also be found downstairs.

Facilities

Further details indoors:
The entrance to the villa is on the upper floor where you will find the main double bedroom with large en suite bathroom. From the bedroom through large picture windows is the upper sun terrace.

Downstairs, you will find the open plan lounge dining and kitchen area. Patio doors lead from the lounge area outside to the large terrace and wonderful views. If you are visiting during the cooler months of the year, there is a modern gas log fire to make your evenings nice and cosy.

A doorway from the living area leads you to a twin bedroom, shower room with wc and a small third single bedroom which is suitable for a child.

Further details outdoors:
The terrace at Villa Mansart invites you to relax and unwind with a drink and get the barbecue going. The two sea view terraces and the hillside view patio area of the property gives you sun all day long. For those wanting a bit of shade, a beautiful tree on the main terrace can accommodation you.

On the residence, facilities include a swimming pool which is open from 9am to dusk in season in addition to a tennis court open at similar times. Tennis racquets are provided in the villa.

Further details

Bookings are normally weekly from Saturday to Saturday, however, we may be able to accommodate short breaks of minimum 4 nights. Please check for availability.

A cleaning charge of €50 is payable at the end of your stay.

Conditions

To confirm bookings, we request an initial deposit of €250.

We would also require a refundable caution of €300 to be paid for any possible breakages or damage which occured during your stay.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region

There are plenty of activities to do in this beautiful part of the Alpes Maritimes. With some of the best weather in France, getting out on the sea either by boat, jetski, kayak is easy.

An array of beaches along the coast for a bit of relaxation or a visit to Cannes, Nice or Monte Carlo will keep you occupied year round.

The Cannes / Theoule sur Mer area

Theoule sur Mer has plenty to entertain you with many restaurants and bars in town or on one of the small beaches here. For all your daily bits and pieces, Theoule has the Pharmacie and mini markets along with the post office and cash point etc.

You are only approx 15 minutes away from Cannes for the Film Festival in May or an hour to Monte Carlo for the Grand Prix. If you fancy a days skiing during the winter, Isola 2000 is only a couple of hours away.

Nice Airport approx 45 mins, Cannes Airport approx 15 mins (Private Jets!!). Marseille Airport approx 2 hours. Bmi Baby, BMI, BA, Flybe, Jet2 and Ryanair fly to Nice. Ryanair, Air Lingus and Easyjet fly to Marseille.

The villa is situated approx 10 minutes from the autoroute A8 junction 40.
