The Med Nest is just a 2 minute drive or a 5-10 minute walk to the local beaches. It's quiet and peaceful, yet only a 20 minute drive to Cannes or St Raphael. The villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local market and excellent restaurants for eating out.
The villa benefits from its own private pool. Leading from the living room is a terrace with sea views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With two double and one triple (double bunk) bedroom, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

Le Trayas/Theoule sits in a unique corner of the French Riviera which benefits from an exceptionally sunny climate where the sun shines for more than 300 days of the year. Le Trayas/Theoule has been popular with tourists due to its climate and beauty. Today the village remains largely unspoilt as it sits right on the edge of the Esterel national park, making it a highly sought after holiday location.
The Cannes / Le Trayas area
Theoule sur Mer boasts some 30 restaurants, 13km of beautiful coastline of which there are 1500m of beaches, 4 harbours and 37km of walking tracks (with many more further into the Esterel).
There is a large super market a 10 - 15 minute drive away and there is a local shop down the bottom of the hill. 5-10 minute walk.

This is a lovely house in a beautiful part of the world. We travelled as 5 friends and it was perfect for us. The kitchen was really well equipped and there were plenty of places for al fresco dining. You definitely need a car as there are limited shops/restaurants in walking distance, but it's a great location for days out. The house is situated in a very tranquil setting, and the pool was a decent size and very relaxing to lay around. All in all we had a great time at the Med Nest. |

The Med Nest was exactly as per the pictures, but they do not give justice to the peaceful, beautiful surroundings. The garden has matured since the photos were taken and whilst you still have good sea views, the pool area is very private. It is a 3 bed house, so plenty of room for a larger family or group. It has good aircon and decent wifi. The rooms, bedding, bathroom etc were all lovely and clean for our arrival. The pool is very good and there are plenty of outdoor areas for al fresco dining. It is only a short 20 minute drive from the airport to the house, but you will need a car to get about - you are up in the hills and you will need a car to get to the local shops and restaurants (L'Air du Temps was very nice). Pay the extra for the Jacuzzi - it was great to chill out in a hot jacuzzi at this time of year when it gets pretty cold at night. If you are visiting in Feb/Mar, the day time temp is a very nice 18-20 degrees, but pack some jumpers for the evenings as it drops right back down to 4-6 degrees. |

Great location and very well maintained. Everything worked (which is rare in my experience!) and the view of the hillside and sea is lovely. |

If you Book 2 weeks in July or August you get a 50% discount on a week during the Low season.
*For Bookings under £950 per week a security deposit of £1000 is requird. This is due to the fact past tenants have abused the property (when they had a large discount)*
Use of the Jacuzzi is an extra £350 per week.
