About the home

On the top floor of a luxury 9 floor apartment block. in Cannes Marina. It has a private balcony with panoramic views of the Bay of Cannes.

The sea and mountains by day, and the beautiful city lights by night. Swimming pool, picturesque gardens, and a relaxing marina.

The building has a key entry ground floor with lift to all floors. Once inside the apartment, you are in the living room with panoramic views through the sliding doors of the private balcony.

There is a separate kitchen from the living area with all the usual luxury refinements.

In the other direction you are led to a bathroom, with full bath/shower, bidet, toilet, and cupboard storage.

Another door leads you to the bedroom, where you will find a double bed, a dressing table, with draw space and bedside tables. Again there a sliding doors to the private balcony.

A small fold down single bed is stored neatly in the corner of the bedroom should it be required, together with a fold down bed conveniently hidden as a wall unit in the living room.

All furnishings are clean and inspected regularly.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region

Mandelieu is a suburb of Cannes, one of the larger towns on the Cote d'Azur which has numerous restaurants, bars. boutiques, and perfume shops. The Cannes Film Festival invites numerous film stars to the area. Lively evening entertainment, or a romantic candlelit dinner. You will be spoilt for choice.

If you wish to tour, places to visit are numerous. The famous St Tropez, Nice, Monte Carlo, Grasse, or the pictuesque mountains, and typically unspoilt villages. Ski resorts in the winter, a couple of hours away, or a drive into Italy with the border being just over an hours drive.

The Cannes / Mandelieu La Napoule area

The apartment is a short distance from of a large supermarket, which provides fresh vegetables, meat, fish and a bakery. It also has a delicatessen with excellent cooked meals to take away.

The surrounding precinct provides clothing, jewellery, newspapers, cafes and superb bakers. There is also the main centre of Mandelieu, with restaurants, small bars, and numerous small shops to explore, and La Napoule similarly quaint on the sea front, with its own restaurants and Marina.

Fly to Nice - Mandelieu, is just outside of Cannes, a 20 minute drive from Nice airport.

Cheap flights are available with Easyjet from all major UK airports to Nice.

Car hire is available through Ebookers, Holiday Autos, and all major companies Hertz, Budget, Avis etc

A bus service is available from the airport to the railway station in Nice. Taxis are also available from the airport.
