The apartment is very well maintained, providing comfortable accommodation and comes with all the necessary amenities. Space is approximately 25 square metres comprising 1 double bedroom plus a living area with 2 single sofa beds and 1 pull out divan bed, so the apartment can sleep a total of 5 people. The apartment is South West-facing with a balcony of 10 square metres.
Located in the Cannes La Bocca district, the residence fans out in a circular arc around its flowery garden and has two large well maintained swimming pools. The apartment enjoys a sea view of the Mediterranean thanks to its upper-floor location and glass balcony and has use of an underground car parking space, if required. The beach is only 50 metres away. Moreover, it offers many modern comforts, including a reception which is open every day plus wireless broadband access.

How to get there
Nice Cote D'azur airport is just 30 minutes from the apartment - Cheap flights available from Easyjet.co.uk from nearly all UK airports
Local car hire is NOT necessary - there are extremely good and cheap (€1) bus services all along the Cote D'azur with a regular express service (€15 per person, each way) to and from Cannes. Train services are every 30 minutes from either Cannes La Bocca or Le Bosquet with a Carte Isabelle (€12 per person) valid anywhere from Fréjus to Ventimiglia.
Taxis are quite expensive in France. We do provide a door-to-door service, if you require, from the airport to the apartment for €60 each way, which is also cheaper than the express bus service.
