ONLY 20mins from Nice Airport - located in Cannes - the Jewel of Cote D'Azur.

Neflier is located just 2km from Cannes centre and only minutes' walk from local restaurants. It is on the outskirts of Cannes, so sample the buzz of the main town and retreat to the quiet and peacefulness of Neflier.

Quiet and peaceful, yet only a short drive to Antibes Land (water park and Aqua park); To Nice or Monaco or even drive to the border of Italy where you can visit the beautiful town of San Remo, and bargain hunt in the local market for Italian Leather.

With a bus stop at the gate, and bus service every 10 minutes, take a bus into the Centre of Cannes and sample many of the wonderful restaurants, or go to one of the famous Casinos!

The apartment benefits from two Swimming Pools on site. It has the benefit of privacy as it is on the top floor with two balconies on either side of the building, giving you sun at all times of the day.

Leading from the living room is a spacious balcony with stunning mountain views, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco.

Leading from the three bedrooms, is another spacious balcony, furnished with sofa and arm chairs, to enable you to relax with a coffee or glass of wine.

It is important that children are supervised at all times. The Apartment is on a top floor, balconies are solid concrete and of regulation height. However, there is a danger of small children standing on furniture and exposing themselves to danger. Please take care of your little ones!

However, despite being know the world over, Cannes manages to retain its Provencal spirit, as is clearly apparent in its shady tree-lined streets and in the colourful fishing boats moored beside the luxury yachts.

La Croisette: The 12km long, beautiful and glamorous stretch of La Croisette is the main tourist attraction in Cannes. A breathtaking promenade, La Croisette is known for its picturesque beaches studded with world-class resorts, restaurants, cafes and lots of designer boutiques. During the International Film Festival in May, film celebrities from around add more glamour to the expensive private beaches of La Croisette, offering great place for people watching.

La Suquet: Le Suquet is the Old Town of Cannes, built on the site of a Roman military camp. It's the highest point in Cannes where lies the remains of the fortified tower and the 12th century Chapel of St Anne. Le Suquet offers tourists breathtaking view of La Croisette, and is an ideal place for strolling.

Menton: pretty resort (15min drive) a very nice Old Town and is exceptionally positioned between the turquoise waters of the Mediterranean and the steep foothills of the Southern Alps.

St Tropez: Playground of the rich & famous

Vence: medieval town stands at the foot of the rocky Baous. Its centre, in the shape of an ellipse, comprises a maze of narrow, picturesque alleys.

Nestled in a rocky outcrop, visited by over 2,500,000 each year, this is the exceptionally beautiful village which inspired Matisse, Braque, Chagall,and so many other artists.

"Bon emplacement pour visiter la côte d'azur"

Appartement agréable, spacieux (même avec 5 enfants) propre et bien placé.
On est à la fois proche du centre de Cannes et proche de la campagne pour se promener.
La locataire est très disponible et rapide pour répondre aux questions.
Seul point négatif: il n'y a pas de saladier!!!

"Great apartment, great location, great vacation."

I was impresed by the apartment. I wasn't expecting to be exactly like in the pictures presented on the site. Has very large rooms, a kitchen well equipped and a beautiful terrace. A very important thing is that the apartment is located in a very nice complex with 2 swimming pools and green spaces.

I am happy that you were impressed! Yes, what you see is what you get....the apartment photos are real on the website. "Perfect stay in quiet area, yet close to Cannes centre"

nice and large apartment. beautiful view from the terraces on each side. well equipped kitchen. it was easy to get to the city centre via bus, as long as we paid some attention to the time table. Walking distance to grocery store.
We were very well taken care of from the first contact with the owner. and we were met by a nice guy from an agency, who showed us around in the apt. and gave us some good advice and tips.
We had a wonderful holiday

The bus service is indeed very good. It runs regularly every 10 minutes until 8.30pm and thereafter every 20minutes. My friends and I have found that we have missed the last bus back also (what can you expect when we left the centre at 2.30am!) but in fairness the taxi service is also very good. It was only €14.00 for four of us. Delighted you enjoyed your stay and thank you for taking the time to share your experience.

"First class apartment and great location"

Arrived to a very clean apartment with modern and beautiful furnishings. Lovely modern kitchen with stone work surface, very spacious living area. Loved the fact that this apartment takes up most of the top floor and is very private. Front balcony has beautiful views of the gardens and the mountains. Back balcony great for evening sun and we sat here most evenings drinking wine and enjoying the peace of the complex. Delighted with the extras especially air-con in every room, Wi-Fi, DVD player and safe.

The complex was quite posh actually. Foyer, lift, building doors cleaned to sparkle standard. Electric gates to get in, security guard at the gate, wrist band ID for pool (which was supervised). Garden very well maintained and the whole feeling was that this is a very well loved complex that the residents take pride in (it seems that this is home to most of the residents and not full of tourist rentals). Very convenient location. Close to supermarket and regular bus to the centre.

For the price paid, this was exceptional value.

Finally, from first enquiry to arrival, I was treated to a most professional standard. I think that Fionnuala should take a job in the travel industry full time. She would be an asset to any agency!

This family will certainly return to Neflier!

"Wonderful Stay for Cannes Film Festival"

Our party of 5 stayed here during the Cannes Film Festival. It was pouring rain when we arrived, so the manager Barbara made sure to wait near the gate to let us in so we wouldn't get wet. Great service from the start! On our tour with her we realized the property was even better than advertised. It has a brand new top of the line kitchen, a cozy living room and plenty of room for indoor and outdoor dining. Every room has balcony access and the views of the surrounding hills are quite breathtaking.

While I didn't have a chance to enjoy the pool, others in my group said that it was fantastic. There are strong safety measures in place to keep young children from gaining access unsupervised, so while we had no kids with us, I would imagine that this is a very family friendly property.

Another great feature is how easy public transportation is from the apartment. It's a quick 200m walk, downhill, from outside the gates to the bus that takes you directly to the Palais and the Old Harbor in Cannes. There is easy access to a supermarket and even a local pizza place that delivers if you're feeling lazy. A funny story; we could not, for the life of us, find the cutlery in the kitchen. We even went so far to buy a set of plastic flatware at the store, when lo and behold there is a secret drawer inside of another drawer! We all had a good laugh when we found it.

I highly recommend this property for a nice relaxing vacation. Just don't book during the Film Festival, we planning on going back year after year!!

"Excellent accomodation for a visit to Cannes for MIPIM"

The apartment was modern and well furnished and very clean. Although a short distance from the Croisette, a frequent bus service runs from nearby and takes 15 - 20 mins and costs 1Euro.
