A wonderful rooftop terrace boasts a large infinity pool with shallow end and separate toddlers pool together with a fitness room and pay sauna. The pool is unsuitable for restricted mobility. Close to the concierge office there is a small games room with table tennis and table football. For your enjoyment there is a range of videos, DVDs and books for use by guests within the apartment. There is also wi fi internet facilities.

Departure usually by 10.00 and arrival after 16.00, but can be flexible subject to other booking commitments. A security deposit of £500 is payable with the rental balance and will be refunded in full subject to deduction for damage or loss following agents inspection, normally within 7 days of departure. 25% non refundable deposit is payable within one week of the booking (or full payment if within 8 weeks of the rental commencement). Balance of payment must be received together with security deposit at least 2 months prior to commencement of rental. All payments to be made by bank transfer.

It is perfect for exploration by car, bike or on foot, but provides relaxation for sun lovers content to enjoy the sea and sand.
The culinary delights of Provence are world famous and there are restaurants and bistros to suit every taste and pocket. Culturally the region has much to offer, from the historic hill top villages to the artistic legacy of Picasso , Cezanne and others. The French Riviera has long been associated with style and glamour from St. Tropez to Monte Carlo. Access around the region is easy whether by car, train or boat.
The Cannes area
Cannes, probably best known for the annual film festival, typifies the French Riviera with its marinas, beaches, elegant architecture and promenade. Stroll around the boutiques and exclusive designer shops or explore old Cannes including the covered market. Alternatively enjoy the crystal clear water and golden sands of the beach.
Why not treat yourself to lunch on the beach in one of the top quality restaurants to be found there. From the old port boat excursions can be arranged with trips to St Tropez, Monte Carlo and the Lerin islands where the original 'man in the iron mask' was supposedly imprisoned.
For the food gourmets there is the Moulin de Mougins 2 michelin star rated Llorca brothers restaurant which is only 10 minutes drive from the apartment, booking is essential of course.
The apartment is located on the edge of the Valmasque National Park which has numerous walking, running , cycle and bridle ways. It is a popular place for a picnic. There are many walks to be enjoyed in the area both coastal and in the Esterel and the owners will be happy to advise if required.
For the younsters close by there is an auto track with bikes and go carts for hire opposite the Eco Parc..
Nice is not to be missed, with its museums, parks and the famous promenade des anglais. The open market is worth a trip especially on a Sunday morning to see the flowers and food on offer. Just off of the A8 heading back to Cannes from Nice there is the Cap 3000 shopping mall including the famous Galleries Lafayette.
Aqualand is a 15 minute drive away towards Antibes and here you can spend a family day out.
Further afield a drive to the hill villages of Biot and Mougins, and the perfume capital at Grasse should form part of your holiday. Guided tours of the perfume factories are available in the town.
Golfers have a variety of local courses to choose from and the owners will be happy to advise if required.

This apartment was very comfortable and clean, everything you could wish for. The pool area was beautiful as were the grounds all maintained to a very high standard.
You do need a car, however the apartment is well positioned and easy to find your way around.
I would definately recommend this apartment, my only regret is that our stay was not longer.

Fantastic location, and amenities/facilities, incredible view, quiet location with spectacular infinity pool with amazing views over the bay of Cannes (and not too crowded).
The apartment catered for everything you could want - and just a short drive to many coastal resorts and lovely beaches in Cannes, and Antibes.

This was our second visit.
The apartment is exactly as you see it on the website. The infinity pool is superb, one of the biggest in the area with the most amazing view over Cannes. Very comfortable and well equipped. All you could need.
A car is essential as it is 25 minutes walk to Le Cannet and these is little else within walking distance.
Lots of information is supplied both pre-visit and in the apartment. The owners are very efficient and my deposit was back in my bank account the day I provided the account details.
A great find.
