The interior is structured as follows:

- a living room with a double bed and a bed that closes into a cupboard (single). Floor is made of marble. There is a flatscreen TV with DVD player, as well as a HiFi installation with CD player. There is heating and air-conditioning.

- a fully equipped kitchen, with cooker, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, ... All kitchenware (plates, glasses, pots and pans, etc are new and good quality).

- a balcony accessed from the living room. Shutters are operated electrically. The balcony has a front view on the prestigious Martinez Palace Hotel and a side sea view.

- an entrance hall with several cupboards to store clothes. In the main cupboard, you will find the hoover and the iron + ironing board.

- a bathroom with bath and shower, as well as a bidet.

- a toilet.

Nice balcony with front view on the prestigious Martinez Palace and side sea view. The balcony is equipped with a table and three chairs, so one can even take his meals there, enjoying the wonderful weather of the French Riviera. It is not uncommon to take breakfast or lunch outdoors even in the midst of winter.

This is the BEST apartment, which you could imagine in Cannes. There is nothing better what you can rent, as it is on a 5stars location for a very fair price! It´s located directly on the croisette, directly next to the 5star hotel martinez!!! so you need just 1 minute to go down and to have your coffee at the martinez. the beach is also directly in front of the apartmet building. IN 1 SENTENCE: if you stay in this apartment you will have perfect holidays, because you just go downstairs and you are already at martinez restaurant, beach, at the croisette,... everything is directly in front. THE BEST LOCATION IN CANNES!!! .... and if you want budget holidays it´s also great, because just around the corner there is a small supermarket where you can get your fresh croissants in the morning and everything else what you need. so this apartment is for any kind of holidays the PERFECT CHOICE because of the AMAZING & PERFECT LOCATION!!! HIGHLY RECOMEDABLE! when i go the next time to cannes I will book for sure again this apartment! By the way: the owner is very nice on the phone and replies very quickly to the mails.

"Perfect location fantastic communication and the best value for money you will find anywhere."

Had a wonderful time in Cannes, the owner of this property is very helpful with communication being a priority. We used the studio as a base and visited the area from it, Antibes being a favourite of ours just along from Cannes, the studio is not quite as pictured now as the bed setee is now a double bed which is very comfortable and when the weather is fine you spend most of your time on the. balcony, shops and places to eat are all around you although parking is an issue if its busy like it was when we arrived but once you figure it out it becomes much easier and cheaper. Overall I could not fault the holiday at all the studio, location and the owner have been outstanding will be back as soon as we can.

"Excellent! Great location, very clean and comfy flat."

Very pleasant stay. Perfectly located next to the sea and the boulevard de la Croisette. The apartment has everything you need including all the necessary kitchen appliances, big bathroom, big double bed and lovely balcony to have breakfast on a sunny day. Nicolas is a great host and gives you a lot of useful information about the surroundings or anything you might need during your stay. Definitely recommending this apartment! "Excellent! Very cozy and very clean!"

The apartment has all the necessary minimum! The proximity to the sea and the boulevard de la Croisette. The kitchen is very clean. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils and appliances.

"a great place to stay for everyone, you will find everything you need."

"Ideal location close to the beach and all amenities"

This was my third stay at this studio-apartment, so need I say more?! The owner Nicolas is always welcoming, friendly and very efficient. The studio is secure for a solo traveller and in a quiet but convenient street. It is very clean and has all the amenities necessary for self-catering and a relaxing holiday. Thank you, Nicolas - I will certainly be back!

"What a great place!"

My family and I stayed at this apartment for 6 days and enjoyed every bit of it. The apartment is clean, well-equipped, and perfectly sized for a family of 3. The best part of it, though, is the location. It is situated right next to the Hotel Martinez, where parking is abundant and the Blvd. La Croisette is just a few steps away. You are pretty much central to where you need to be in Cannes, probably a block away from Palais du Festival and a couple of streets away from the shopping area, Rue D'Antibes. However, I think what made our stay special is the excellent service and support that we received from the owner. Nicolas is so friendly and welcoming. He was always very quick to answer every question we had. To sum it up, we're definitely staying here again!

Very nice, clean and quiet place. You can feel safe here. Good appointed to have everything what you can need. Very important thing that the contact with the owner was great!; all papers before the stay and after that were done very quick and without any problem.

"It was brilliant holiday!"

We were very satisfied with our choice to rent this appartment. It was clean, it is equipted with everything we needed, it is close to railway station (15 min walking) and very close to the beach (just 3 min). Supermarket "Casino" is very close by it. The owner is very polite and He gave us well-timed answers when we were writing the contract. It was brilliant holiday!

The apartment is very comfortable, everything is organized absolutely perfect. We had a good contact to the owner, he is very friendly. His "Welcome Note" and his informations via email were helpful and a good guidance in all questions. We would like to come back next year and look forward to our next holiday! Das Appartement ist sehr komfortabel und gut eingerichtet, alles ist absolut perfekt organisiert. Wir hatten einen sehr guten Kontakt zum Eigentümer, er ist sehr freundlich. Seine "Welcome Note" und seine Informationen via E-Mail halfen in allen offenen Fragen. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr gerne wieder und freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Urlaub!"
