How to get there
Easy to access by car, train or airplane (Nice airport - regular flights with British Airways and Easyjet, as well as main international carriers). There are regular buses from Nice airport to Cannes (about 45 minutes). No car is needed to enjoy the studio and Cannes, as the studio is located at walking distance of all sites, shops and restaurants. To rent a car - if you plan to visit beyond Cannes - all main car rental companies are represented at the airport. There is also a National Car Rental Agency in the street of the studio, as well as Luxury Car Rental Agencies (where one can rent a Ferrari or a Lamborghini). The landlord will provide travel detail upon request.

Further details indoors: The interior is structured as follows: - a living room with a sofabed (double) and a bed that closes into a cupboard (single). Floor is made of marble. There is a flatscreen TV with DVD player, as well as a HiFi installation with CD player. There is heating and air-conditioning. - a fully equipped kitchen, with cooker, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle, ... All kitchenware (plates, glasses, pots and pans, etc are new and good quality). - a balcony accessed from the living room. Shutters are operated electrically. The balcony has a front view on the prestigious Martinez Palace Hotel and a side sea view. - an entrance hall with several cupboards to store clothes. In the main cupboard, you will find the hoover and the iron + ironing board. - a bathroom with bath and shower, as well as a bidet. - a toilet.

The balcony is equipped with a table and three chairs, so one can even take his meals there, enjoying the wonderful weather of the French Riviera. It is not uncommon to take breakfast or lunch outdoors even in the midst of winter.
