At the western end lies the Palais des Festivals, the venue for the city's full calendar of functions and conferences as well as the film festival. Continuing west is the Vieux Port and the old town known as Le Suquet, where superb restaurants are lined up steep cobbled streets.
There are many golf courses within an easy drive of the apartment. Golf Country Club Cannes-Mougins is one of the best courses in France; Royal Mougins has a fabulous country-house style club house; Old Course Cannes-Mandelieu, where the river Siagne runs through the course and the fairways are bordered by umbrella pines; La Bastide du Roy near the nice village of Biot.

Reservation can be made by e-mail or phone; we will send to you a rental contract to be signed. To confirm and ensure your booking a deposit of 25% of the total rental amount must be paid at the reservation. The remaining 75% must be paid 4 weeks before the arrival. If reservation is made within 4 weeks of arrival date, the full rental amount must be paid at the reservation. Payments to be made by bank transfer. Payment by credit card coming soon, please enquire. Refundable breakages deposit of 500 euro in cash or travellers cheque required on arrival, to be refunded on departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
