Located in the Cannes La Bocca quarter, the residence is built in the spirit of Cannes' great hotels, with a huge lobby opening out onto flower gardens and the swimming pool area The beach is about 300m away and 8 km along beach there are 33 private and public beaches.
The apartment is approximately 26 m² , there is a large living area with two single sofa-beds including one with extra pull-out bed, a bedroom with one double bed. You will also find a fully-equipped kitchen area (4-ring electric hotplate, refrigerator, oven or mini-oven, dishwasher) and a bathroom with toilet. There is a private pay safe, pay phone and pay TV, to make the apartment complete there is a terrace or balcony with furniture.

The apartment is ideally located for visiting a number of very interesting sights. In the Suquet district in the old part of Cannes: the "Tour Sarrasine" ramparts, the Old Harbour, the Castre Museum, the Notre-Dame d’Espérance church, the Rue Meynadier (car-free and picturesque with local crafts shops) and the Forville marke are all worth a long visit. The Croisette with its luxury hotels (the Carlton, Martinez and Majestic), the "Palais des Festivals", La Malmaison, the Grand Hôtel annex: often have temporary exhibitions but just having a drink/meal in the splendor can be very relaxing. There are also magnificent residences and gardens: the Rotschild neo-classic Villa and its park, the "Parc des Résidences Champfleuri" (great variety of botanical species), the Vallombrosa Château and its 3 hectares of tropical park, the Domergue Villa and gardens. The Notre-Dame des Pins church, Saint George’s Church, the Russian Orthodox Archangel Michael Church, the Bellini Chapel and the Notre-Dame de Lérins Abbey are all religious places of worship open to the public but steeped in history of the region.
The surrounding area Do not miss: an excursion to the Lérins Isles: île Sainte Marguerite (Fort Royal, Sea Museum) and île Saint-Honourat (the Monastery, Abbey and Castle).
