Faure Lux - 965
Apartment | 4 bedrooms | sleeps 8
A very modern and well equipped 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment right in heart of Cannes, close to the town hall area.
Set in a small building just off one of the main streets, the apartment is on the first floor. There is no elevator.
This apartment is perfectly renovated to very high and modern style, with all the modern equipment one would need for a short work or holiday visit.
In the heart of town, about a 4 min walk to the Palais des Festival and the same to the beaches, the position is absolutely perfect. It is also very quiet for the central apartment, as the rooms are facing a back courtyard, with no roads to overlook.
As you enter the apartment, you will find a well appointed living, sitting and dining area, with a long open plan kitchen. You can comfortably seat 6 at the dining table and there are two leather sofas, one of which can be turned into a bed.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large fridge, over, microwave, hob, dishwasher, ...
Down the corridor to your left, are the three bedrooms, each one has twin beds, which can also be made up as doubles if needed. Two of the bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms, with a washbasin and toilet, and there is a third separate shower room, also with a washbasin and toilet, just off the entrance area.
This apartment is definitely in the higher standard level, and ideally positioned for the many congresses or just a short holiday in Cannes.
