Naturally within walking distance from the Croisette and the whole of central Cannes! Approximately a 20 minutes stroll along the Croisette to the Palais des Festivals, or 5 minutes by bus.

The city of the festivals is a good name for Cannes, which is famous for its luxury, glamour and the bustling promenade; La Croisette.
This city which in the 1800:s was a small fishing village has now developed into an international Congress and tourist town. A place where culture, shopping, relaxation, sport and leisure meet. Here you will find many well-known restaurants and hotels, luxury shops and beautiful beaches. Additionally, with all the visitors and locals promenading on La Croisette, never a dull moment.
The events this year include the famous “Cannes Film Festival” in May, “Marché du film” also in May, “International advertising film festival - Cannes Lions” in June, UNESCO’s “Water symposium” in June-July, the “Pyrotechnic Festival” in July and August, “Yachting festival” in September and the “International dance festival” in November. As I said, never a dull moment.

Cannes is a very popular travel spot, so it is really easy to come here. Many airlines serve Nice Côte d'Azur airport - the second largest in France.

Further details indoors: Very nice, tasteful and newly renovated Town/beach house. There are two bedrooms in the main house and one bedroom in the guest house.
Further details outdoors: This house is situated just across the road from the beach. There is a wonderful garden with nice outdoor table and also chairs for sunbathing . The old trees provide you with a good shade if that is what you seek.

Conditions
Arrival and departure on Saturdays preferred. - To reserve the apartment we ask for a guarantee; 30% of the rental sum. The balance payment is due 60 days before arrival. - You will be met personally at the apartment . - Refundable breakages deposit of 1000 Euro (about £820) required on arrival, to be refunded within one week of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
