Being in the very centre of Cannes it has easy access to all amenities, but , being on a pedestrianised street, it is quiet and calm with a great, sunny, south facing balcony.

It is just two minutes from a selection of shops and supermarkets for life's essentials, and one block from Rue d'Antibes, the main shopping street.

It is only two blocks to Le Palais des Festivals, and the beaches and luxury shops of La Croissette

Even though the décor is modern and very light and bright, it is in one of the oldest buildings of Cannes. Indeed, centuries ago, this narrow street was the main street. There are two double bedrooms, one with French windows onto the balcony. The open plan sitting/ dining room has a very comfortable double sofa bed which opens out for extra guests if necessary.

To travel and explore other towns on the Riviera, buses pass the end of the street and the Rail Station is two blocks away. You can easily get to Antibes, Nice or Monaco, or even take a day trip to Italy - only 1 and half hours away.

It is on the 2nd floor ( no lift/ elevator).
