This pretty villa in a californian style layout is architecturally pleasing to the eye. Its beamed ceilings and open plan interiors all opening to the terraces create an outside inside atmosphere.

All on onle level, kids can be easily cared for and the less active can access all parts of the house and spend relaxing time inside without being isolated.

Pleasant outdoor areas with shady terraces, a comfortable hammock and equipped dining area.

The lawns and sun terraces surrounding the pretty pool are well maintained. All this gives a spacious and comfortable feel to this property making it a ideal family holiday. Free Internet access.

The Provence Alpes Cote d'Azur / Alpes-Maritimes region

The Cote d'azur stretches along the warmest coastline of France from Provence to the Italian border. The beaches from pebble to fine sand are well maintained and some 'private' offer extra facilities, bars and restaurants for a whole days comfortable seaside lounging!

Gastronomy is at its best catering for some of the most prestigious clients but offering many choices of restaurant all along the coast. The bustling cities of Cannes and Nice contrast to the small and still authentic perched villages on the hilltops, and other smaller towns offer quiet corners with dotted villas and yet still most interesting town centres alive with artistic history and tradition.

Further north the terraced hillsides lead up into cooler parts and the Alps can be seen towering above. Hiking and walking as well as many watersports on the lakes will be amongst activities here away from the busier coasts.

Cannes area

6 km from Antibes, 10 km from Cannes, 20 km from Grasse and 30 km from Nice. Vallauris is well known for its pottery, and the walk up the hill offers a choice of dozens of little pottery shops with cups and saucers in every colour under te Provencal sun! It is one of the largest ceramic centres in France. Picasso painted here and his masterpiece 'War and Peace' can be seen here.

The town stretches along hills of oranges and mimosas, just north east of Cannes and close to the sea and swimming area of Golfe Juan.

Cannes itself has always been the centre of the Cote d'azur with its international festivals, glitzy night life, long sandy beaches and street upon street of fabulous restaurants in the old town and quartier Le Suquet.
Reknowned even back to roman times when Cannes was elected residence to the Chancelor of England Lord Brougham, and even Napoleon himself.

All who passed by fell in love with Cannes bathed in the softest light and easy way of life. The south facing villa is situated in the countryside, in a natural and very peaceful environment.

Minimum rental period is one week. Rentals run from Saturday 4 - 8pm to Saturday 10am.

To reserve you need to send 25% of the total amount. Balance payable 30 days before the beginning of your stay.

Included in the rates: bed linen, please bring your own towels,
(The villa must be left clean otherwise a charge may apply.
Electricity bill to be paid at the end of your stay.

Security deposit: 400€ cash, to be paid on site.

The house is for a maximum of 10 persons.
